How many players are actually in their 20s-30s.
I'm a 30+ year old gamer, comment below. I'd like to Raid and play Iron Banner with mature players, not kids. Just keep this post in mind if you feel the same.
Edit: Many of you have understood what I meant when originally posted, however some feel I am complaining or bitching. That is simply not the case. As an older gamer, one who works full time and takes care of family, I created this thread in hopes to find others like myself, who simply want to enjoy the game with the older, more mature audience when groups are needed. Now, as some have mentioned, age does not equate to maturity. This I know, personally life has showcased that quite extensively. However, from my personal experiences here, in this game, I can say that any time I'm with players closer to my age or older, the experience is focused and practical, while still having fun. Nobody rages, screaming into the mic, talking back and forth to one another like kindergarten kids, etc. It's simply a different mindset. Of course we joke around, fun is part of the game. Please understand that it's simply preference, and there's nothing wrong with that. I'd happily invite the younger crowd so long as they carry themselves appropriately. Thank you everyone.
Edit #2: I have to say I am thankful to all who have responded. With this, it will be easier for people looking for groups to establish an easier means to do so, with the set criteria of an older crowd. You have my thanks. I'm a casual Destiny player just looking to have fun.
Edit #3: I honestly did not expect so many responses, but I have to say I am thankful, thankful to the logical for thought out responses, and to the ignorant for not understanding this post. Stop being illiterate and read everything I said. If you try to insult me, look first at your own stupidity and try to validate a hollow statement; when I've already explained myself. To those that actually understand, you obviously already know what I'm getting at. This became a popular thread, thanks to all for your comments and concerns.

Infact the first time he played with us they didn't even know he was my son or that he was 14, and when I told them at the end of the raid, they all added him and from than on have enjoyed playing the game with him. He's not a loud mouth, a "squeeker", he's respectful, doesn't say stupid stuff, doesn't try to interrupt, and can hold his own very well! Sadly that's generally not the case when it comes to younger kids. However, I've played with guys in their late 20's that still act like 14 year old little jerks...lol

I'm 23,clan mates ages vary from 20-late 40's (I think.) Never really asked for their exact ages. We all love to run the raids and crucible. Many have left destiny for other games due to the content drought but me and a select few still play this game on a daily basis and are always looking for new players to game with .

1 RispondiSeptember will be the 11th anniversary of my 20th birthday. Sadly do to health problems that I've had and continue to have had some negative effects on my reflexes. How the heck do you kids get those freaking headshots with those snipers the very second they reach that middle dot? You practically have to be pushing the trigger a millisecond before the cross hairs reach the target. So jelly. :'(

I'm 21, my clan ranges from 16-late20s. We are effective in the raid and love to crucible together. We are rude as hell to each other but we love each other all the same. The groups you are looking for are out there, I promise you will find them, much like my small clan. Good luck, Guardian!

27. Been playing since beta and used to have a consistent group, most of which have abandoned destiny now. When I need a team I hit up LFG. Last night I had the worst experience yet; a 12 and 14 year old. I've played with other youngins who didn't act this way, but for those who do you make a bad image for the rest of the preteens (give or take). I'm certain I didn't act that way when I was that age, and I now know why people post on there with "adults only." Quite frankly, (and this would be immature of me to do) I would love to call out the two gt's so others don't get matched with them, but I won't. Anyway, I'm on the Xbox, TheFoxtronaut.

23 And age does in fact correlate to maturity, very strongly in fact. There's no shame in having a frontal lobe that it's finished developing. Younger than 19 are physiologically predisposed to immaturity at a much higher rate. Most importantly, being younger than 19 also correlates to higher pitched voices that wreak havoc through a video game headset. Not all squeakers are the same, but stereotypes aren't always completely inaccurate.

ive met some mature 14 year olds, and more immature stoners in their early 20's than i can count. Typically the 30+ is where the most maturity is at, maybe 25+. im decently mature i'd say, but i dont feel comfortable talking to the 30+ age guys, mostly because they are just vastly further ahead in life than i am, and i feel inferior. Like i dont have my own family, i dont live on my own, my job isnt even full time, and i dont drive. For the statistics, im 23, but not the kind of person you would be looking for. But when im older i'll be just like you, so you keep having fun. Gamers for life. Best way to live.

I'm 28. Although I don't believe it's important, for those that do my k/d is mediocre. I can come top in some games then dead last the next. That's the story of my crucible life. I still enjoy it.
