Xbox 1 appears to be a much better purchase currently. Only downside is i will probably have to give up destiny because there is no way i will relevel my characters. Advice please
Thanks for everyones comments
Edit
Again thanks so much for everyones help and advice. Nice to see this community can really be helpful and nice . You guys have made a lot of good points. I am just very tempted b so e of the bumdles on microsofts site. Thanks again
Edit: here is what makes the descision tough. Currently on microsofts site you can get a 1tb console with4 games amd an extra, controller for279 . Ps4 is 350 for only 500mb. Price wise thats quite a difference. You can get the new xbox s for 299 which is still a lot cheaper than the ps4. I would be inclined to stay on playstatin but my ps3 broke twice so wasnt real impressed. If i do switch to xbox i would not continue with destiny sadly because no way would i regrind again.

2 RisposteI would stick to the platform brand. I would recommend Xbox but you would just be re grinding everyting again. If you're coming from PS3, PS4 would be the logical choice. Don't listen to these kids spreading disinfo about Xbox, mine has been running problem free. You can spot them when they say things like, "Xbox crashes after a few games." And "my friends all have one and say the same thing.." like seriously, they think you're a fool. Be neutral and open minded about your choice.

Go with ps4
-
Find a trade in offer for your ps3
-
NO. Keep Jade Rabbit. And Zen Meteor.

Just got with the PS4 if you want to play Destiny still. There's no way I would want to go through the grind of getting everything back/done on a new system when I could just transfer. I have a Xbone too but I find myself on my PS4 way more. I only have Destiny on PS4, though. You get the exclusives and all that good stuff. Not to mention VR will be out on PS4 before it's out on Xbone. It all comes down to what you want to do. I liked both my PS3 and Xbox 360. I would definitely say that the PS3 user interface was so dull compared to the 360. The updates/upgrades they've made to the social aspect, gaming aspect and eveything elseo n the PS4 is ten times better.

1 Rispondips4 for sure. the VR on it is fantastic can't wait till it hits stores

PS4 is way better.

5 RisposteI went from PS3 to Xbone... Dude you're going to struggle and if you don't have a major understanding on how Xbox Live Gold works you're also going to struggle. But based on my experiences, people will be there to help. I'll be here if you need me as well. P.S. you're ganna need a new fire team. P.P.S that grimiore is going to be hard to get back.

Sony = better hardware Xbox = better software They both are ok one is not better than the other
-
Ps4 dude, trust me as one of the people with both I find myself on the ps4 more and it's the better destiny experience
-
1 RispondiI have both systems, but I prefer my Ps4. Even though I bought my xbox one recently (on impulse), I feel a bit like I bought a ticket on a sinking ship. Microsoft seems to be grasping at straws to make a comeback this console generation. Just an opinion, not trying to start anything.

4 RispostePs has more server down time...when ps servers go down you seen it they stay down for days at a time I've only had one Xbox servers go down once in the nearly 2 years I've had it and they fixed it in about 12 hrs
-
Would wait till Scorpio or at least Xbox one S
-
I have both consoles. Switched from X1 to PS4, and what a change... Its cheaper for a reason. Just get the PS4.

1 RispondiPrices are going down on XBOX1s, and there are some good deals out there. I have a PS4 and an XBOX1, and the quality of play between the two has little to no difference. I have Destiny on both consoles, and couldn't really tell you a difference between the 2 besides the exclusive content. Awhile ago, XBOX 360s dropped in price, had some great bundles, and really good deals. E3 happened that year, and the XBOX 360 slims came out with updated features and larger hard drives. A lot of people who went for the deals on the old version of the 360 would rather have waited a bit for the slim with more storage. I'd reccomend waiting a bit and seeing if Microsoft comes out with anything new that might be worth the money as far as consoles. Prices of XBOX 1s are dropping, and it's E3 time... so a better version might be coming out soon for an extra 20-50 bucks, and once they are announced (if they are) the current XBOX 1s aren't going to get more expensive. If your PS3 account will carry over to your PS4, that could be a deciding factor as well, so I'd reccomend looking into that.

You should just wait for the new consoles to be released..

Modificato da PopsAutismo: 6/16/2016 2:54:39 AMMay as well stay with the winning team and grab a PS4 but at least wait until they announce the upgraded version. May see a price drop in the current model.

2 RisposteIf you switch I'll be available to play

If you do go Xbox one you might consider waiting for the slim version. Other than that I have no real opinion, I run PS4 and it's great but Xbox has more media features. Other than that take a look at exclusive games and see if any of those are compelling enough to sway you. Enjoy the upgrade, ps3 was great but the new consoles just blow it out of the water 😀

3 RisposteI'm not going to to tell you what I think, because I've played on both and I like both. Pros and cons Xbone has backwards compatibility. Which is a pretty huge one. PS4 has the PlayStation exclusives and if you get Destiny again it looks like you'll be able to bring them into the PS4. No levelling, and you keep your characters. Another huge one. Console exclusives, like Halo or that Digimon game (sorry don't know too many) Xbox is introducing heaps of interconnectivity between computers and tablets and anything you can put Xbox live on. Other than that they really do play the same. Do you like Xbone controllers or PS4 controllers better? If you're having a hard time it'll all come down to one thing: friends. Have your friends moved on to PS4? Are you leaving PS3 friends behind with a move up? Do you have regular friends you play with or are you solo? Are you cool with making new friends?

Xbox 1 is hot garbage
-
If your used to ps id stay with it, ive used xbox so i stick with it
-
I would go with the system you know best, have the most buddies on and such, for destiny stay with console family so you dont have to leave the game.
-
Xbox 1 has better software, ps4 has more games. If u are hardcore gamer, ps4. Casual gamer that enjoys each game xbox 1
-
No ps4 is getting all the good games
