Add a Visible Notifier For Plan C Perk Readiness
In the same way some weapon perks such as Hot -Swap, Crowd Control, Lucky Bullet, etc. have been tweaked over the last few patches to give some sort of notice that they're in effect or activated, it would be fair for the Plan C Perk (instant equip-charge) to have one as well.
I can't count the number of times it has messed me up when....
1) Thinking I have it and end up rushing in vain only to be killed by a shotgun/sniper
2) Assuming I don't have it and end up missing my shot as I didn't expect it to activate.

2 RisposteA countdown to show the cooldown time of the perk would be overpowered because the perk is already God-like, and knowing when it would be ready would lead to people abusing it, the community complaining, and the gun eventually getting nerfed to shit by Bungie, resulting in no one using it again

You're not supposed to use Plan C the way you are using it. But i think it's a 5 second count? Or , when you're about to reload the weapon after you've emptied a clip of primary
