This was my first exotic. Got it from a nightfall against Valus. My friend flipped out when I got it. I had no idea what it was about. Then it became a part of my go to raid load out. VOG: Atheon's Epilogue Ice Breaker Prestige IV It changed throughout Crota though.

Same here. Never left the tower without it. And you didn't have to wait that long for ammo regen before they nerfed it.

Special ammo was never a problem in year 1, with "increased special ammo" rather then increased sniper,shotgun, or fusion rifle. And field scout you almost never ran out of ammo. That's why Efrideets spear/black hammer> icebreaker

3 RisposteI liked it a lot at first but then I grew out of it. It's not as good as some other snipers. It takes too long between shots and you are a slave to the clock waiting for more ammo.

Yeah I would like to see a lot of the old weapons brought forward. I had 3 icebreakers, 1 Vex and 3 Gjallahorn's from the old raids . Still have 1 of each in the vault hoping that they come on up.

My first exotic I received when I bought it from xur. Haven't done nightfall/raids never knew what xur or strange coins were but I was there. Also had it drop during my first foray into prison of elders. If it makes you guys happy, I never had hawkmoon or Monte Carlo drop for me and I never had a void primary while trying to get thorn
