Do you respect shotgun rushers?
What's your opinion on people who ONLY use shotguns to get most of their kills? Once again what's your OPINION on the subject. Be as disrespectful as you want in your opinion on shotgun users if you choose to

Yes because it takes skill to get that close when someone is shooting. It they sneak up behind then fairgame i wasnt paying attention to my surroundings. If i cant beat it with a primary. I get my shotgun and try and jump over them or grenade them. There are lots of different counters. If they avoid these they deserve it.

Nothing wrong with it now. 1. Shotgun range is in a good place. 2. Blink doesn't allow shooting from above as easily. 3. ADS time makes farthest reaching shotguns require a good balance between sprinting/skating/blinking and readying. [spoiler]except on bladedancer[/spoiler] Overall, it's good. With awareness of what you're going against, you're at an advantage letting them come to you. If you know they're pushing with shotguns the whole time, and you're trying to push back with a primary (even TLW/DoP) then you deserve what you get, and any saltiness is unwarranted.

If you need to get that close, then you should watch out for throwing knives and fusion rifles. Boils down to a game of rock, paper, scissors. Just have to be prepared for anything.

I don't. I start emptying my clip into their head and get them down to a sliver and they one-shot me from way too far off and I die. Lame.

As a shot gun user I have to say when they jump over you and then kill you. When I use shotgun I either hide behind a corner so anyone who didn't look on the radar is in for a surprise, or I start running up to them and if they don't run away it's their fault otherwise I use auto rifles
