Fix 3oC
I use 30 to 40 every week and I may get 10 exotics if I'm lucky fix them or remove them

That seems like a fair return to me. Since the update my luck with 3oC (and all RNG) has been horrendous. Sat night and yesterday I spent at least 20 coins and managed 1 engram... Used to get 1 for every 3-7 spent, easy. Now, I just watch my friends get all the engrams and good end match rewards. I seriously watched one friend jump around 7-8 light levels with good drops last weekend over a few hours while I didn't bump up once during that run. They were noticing and commenting on how bad RNG was treating me.
