Feather mag isn't a good perk IMO, what other perks does it gave for the middle column?

Snapshot(worthless) and bonus wizard damage(worthless yet again)

Snapshot is better than feather mag, feather mag reduces your magazine to 8 you technically loose DPS. Also since you have outlaw no reason to have a reload perk

I figured feather mag would be better. Considering outlaw mixed with lucky round and feather mag, id have extremely fast reloads and a smaller mag procs lucky round more often. Im already wearing handcannon gauntlets

I can see where you're coming from with that build but honestly that kind of build works best with a low ROF high impact hand cannon.

I havent gotten any with good perks like that. Keep getting garbage rolls. I figured with a roll like this it would be a good crucible candidate to use.

Snapshots your best choice in that column. It's not a half bad perk but obviously boosting range is more important.
