You know whats the funniest part of this update?
Less than 24 hours in and you've probably already beat everything it has to offer 3 times. At least you've got sterling treasures to buy still....
People are already 2 manning lvl 42 poe. Pathetic. Nightfall still giving out ~310 ghosts. You think bungie listens, they dont. You wanted a taken shader they gave you a more tedious way to buy it. All of this is to cash in off sterling treasure.

April update- sterling treasure
See a pattern? Bungie won't spend a penny unless they can make a twenty.
Edit: apparently if you have criticism about something in this game, you should leave....yet when bungie fixes issues because of people like me you say thank you bungie? If it wasnt for criticism you fools would still be opening purple engrams and getting blue gear. Shut up.

Two man? I solo'ed it at 316 in half and hour, second try. Just stand on the bunker platform in round three. Destiny is now suitable for toddlers.

I solo'd poe 42 right after 41. Almost 20min. 34k score.

I played for about an hour, and shut the game off utterly disgusted.... I won't be playing Destiny again until something significant and NEW is added to the game, not rehashed content we played to death 8 months ago or reskinned weapons and armour! And as for the micro transactions, well there slowly creeping in more and more as Destiny continues... Mark my words, pay to win is coming.... Bungie sold their souls to Activision, and it's becoming more and more apparent as time goes on

1 RispondiI don't buy silver, haven't even spent the free 400 they gave us. Out of principle. IMO even if there was no content, this would have been a good update. So many tweaks across the board have improved what was already there. Could they have done more? Sure. But they've done a lot. This update was never going to provide enough content to satisfy most players for long. But do you know what? I was still enjoying destiny before the patch. I'm also still enjoying it post patch. Adding more micro transactions doesn't impact me in any way. If it does ever, and I'm at a disadvantaged as a result, only then will I decide if I want to pay to play or not. So I'm happy.

Just point and shoot them in the head. I am so [b][u]tired[/u][/b] of raiding every night, especially doing it with kids and other squeaky freaks. Now I heard there were two strikes in this update, first is with Malok the other being in Venus (where I assume it is just a reskin of a fallen strike in year one.). How do I access the one in Venus?

I,m dissapointed from this "big update" just more copy & paste Content and nothing is really new besides The Challenge of Elders and this new Sniper rifle.

I do agree there is a pattern and sadly I think it's a pattern that we are seeing a lot more often in the majority of games that are coming out these days. The introduction of the Eververse wasn't that big of an issue for me considering it was primarily locked to offering emotes. The introduction of the Sterling Treasures is a nice little weekly gift to pop open along the way, but the addition of them to Eververse does begin raising a concern of going down the pay to win route we see all to often in quite a lot of games. I'm not to bothered by the minor amount of content added to the game as this was just an update and only meant to give the players who hit the progression limit another goal to strive to reach. It is a nice update in my opinion. I don't know about whether Bungie really listens to the community or not but I do agree that there is a pattern becoming present that does raise slight concern for what the future of this game, and it's sequel, might look like.

Oh I thought the funniest bit was all the scrubs who have spent $50 on packages and still haven't got a full set of armour. This made me laugh harder than the pathetic new 'mission'

Speak your mind, mate. It's not like you're even trying to completely tear the game apart like some people do. All you're doing is pointing out a very clear pattern that's worth paying attention to. If people want to ignore it though, that's on them. Also, I'm not saying I'm dissatisfied with what I got and I'm gonna keep on playing. I'm just saying I'm also not blind and I see the glaring issues.

It's not Bungie we should be pissed at, it's the people that buy silver and encouraged it. They are just playing the hand WE dealt them.
