Looks like Ark: Survival Evolved might be in some legal trouble. If the injunction is approved then all sales for Ark would be halted and the servers possibly shut off.
This is bad news for the people who have the game or were looking forward to the commercial release (on all systems).

6 RisposteWow Marc this was actually useful and not like super bias and hating on Xbox. Do stuff like this more often.

Anyone else wanna bust in there on a Giga firing an assault rifle killing all of Trendy

Right so both the PC and Xbox versions, it looks so cool, I'm thinking about buying it, I hope nothing like this happens

1 RispondiWhat are the legal issues? *I can't goto the site as it's blocked for me at work* Granted I really didn't like the game anyway that sucks for the people that invested money into it.

That is quite unnerving. A shame it had to happen with Ark and studio wildcard. They have created one of, if not the biggest success story out of the plethora of early access survival games that have become popular in recent years. With a release date less than 3 months away it would be a shame for the project to be shut down at this point. The PCGamer article included comments from Wildcard's lawyers, showing their confidence that they can pull out of this, but it would not be the first time something like this has happened. Here's to hoping for the best.
Calling it now, there is some cosmic force out there that is denying all these survival games from being successes and/or coming out of early access.
