So the level cap is rising but as for new content, it's unclear and unconfirmed, is that fair to say? So the rest of my post is assuming this info is right. Dude the only thing bringing people back (leaving for the division or not) is a new raid/big content dlc. A new level cap really isn't anything too get excited about, or neither will it make the game feel fresh again. This is for the people that still play every day and raid weekly to keep doing it, they need alot more than that to bring people back. For me a new level cap is literally nothing without a new raid. As I said I may be off and feel free to correct me if I've missed something. I've only got my info off people in the party but they all said the same thing, so I assume it's right.
