Trials too hard??
Is it just me or is trials just too hard. Winning 9 games ( 7 with boons ) and no losses ( 1 with boons ). I think it is unrealistic for most people to go flawless
Maybe they should change it to 5 wins and 3 losses, so the more casual players have a shot at going.
This is just a thought. Maybe bungie will address this and change trials to make it more casual.

Trials is more about teamwork than anything else, yeah there is some personal skill required but if you play with people you know and have played with before on a regular basis 7 wins isn't to hard, neither is 9. Sure last monday I went to the lighthouse with two really good friends, yeah we might not be the best players but still we slaughtered sweaty teams and played well because we played as a team. We didnt even need a mercy.

I haven't returned to the lighthouse since the TTK drop :/ I don't play trials that much neither

Making something easier that way more people can achieve it cheapens the victory. Think about if people complained about revives in a hard mode raid until the point Bungie allowed revives. Would your first Oryx hard mode victory feel as good as it did? Trials is not for the casual PVP player. If you wanna play casual PVP, que the casual playlists i.e. Control, clash, skirmish, rift.

Only reason it's difficult is because 1) people need a team they can communicate good with 2) most people in trials are -blam!-ing try hards And that doesn't make a fun game

Idk I feel like that's the whole point of trials for it not to be for everyone if they made it easier for everyone it'd just take the challenge away from doing it

Some person I saw posted a subject similar to this but they had the idea to limit how many times one could go to the lighthouse every week. Doing so would remove all the people who no life trials quicker and leave all the casual players to play casual player giving them a better shot to go flawless.

Seems like a bait but honestly it would be nice if you were matched based on skill/KD or some other means that doesn't put you into unwinnable engagements.

But for everyone else, they actually stated from year one into year two they wanted it to be more difficult. Which they did. So they definitely don't want it to be casual. Nor does any other person who plays trials every weekend.

Just get 9 wins ,3 losses would still get you eliminated. If you complete the card with 9 wins and 2 losses you should be able to go to the lighthouse. Just give automatic 320 items for 9 win flawless card. And 305-315 rewards for a completed card with 9 wins. But you still get eliminated with 3 losses. I've only been flawless once , I wasn't carried my friends and I had .95 1.2 and 1.0 KD's. It's takes teamwork. And practice.

Eh, my only problem with trials are the sore losers and people that play it solely with the intention of stopping people from going to the lighthouse. My team isn't the best at PvP but we're all competent and ran into people that if they got down 4 rounds would leave which would force a tie and count as a loss on our card. Then we would have people legitimately beat us 5-4, then leave forcing a tie and giving us a loss. And I don't want to talk about the people who were green bar until they got down 2 round and all of a sudden our bullets didn't do damage and they were teleporting.
