Over the last few months I've noticed a resurgence of Thorns and other weapons that utilize this feature. I myself have been using a Viking Funeral w/ Touch of Flame build on my warlock. The DOT element is a pretty powerful thing. I've been able to use a single Firebolt grenade to take out low armor targets. On high armor targets it usually only takes a couple of shots to finish the job. Although I used it get some good kills, I didn't enjoy it that much. I noticed damage over time being used a lot during Crimson Doubles, which makes total sense. You cut out one of the three main attributes given to you as a player, regeneration, which is arguably the most potent of the three given under the broken heart buff. I'm not sure what I'm trying to say, I guess I'm trying to say that damage over time is a bit too potent in PvP. I'm not exactly asking for a nerf, but I would like to see some more things that can negate the effect of it. What do you guys think? I'm curious to know if the rest of the community members have the same concerns.

Those assholes still haven't cleared the highway where I live. It's impossible to drive.

1 RispondiThe bigger picture with DoT is I don't believe they can remove it in PVP and keep it in PVE. I doubt the game is granular enough to allow this. As a result it should stay until they achieve this. Too much in PVE has been destroyed because of PVP changes.

Yeah. The Florida DOT is always creating traffic nightmares with their "busy work" construction.

1 RispondiIt's not that it's too potent, it's that in the case of Firebolt it should hit harder faster. Thorn should only proc on headshots. Everything is fixed :D

7 RisposteI think the DoT needs to make more roads for our sparrows...it's silly to not have roads. I mean come on...get off your lazy asses DoT!!!!

9 RisposteThat's like the only special perk of being a warlock. There's a reason the subclasses are called supers.

2 RisposteDoT has been here since the beginning of destiny. Yet now all of a sudden people have a problem with it. I mute everyone who cries about this now because tits taken them near 18 months to get upset about it.
