Dark Souls 2 SotFS help.
Will somebody link me to some good build guides please? I'm playing as a hexer right now but I'm not sure I'll like it. It would really help if the guides included what to start off with, skill point distribution, and where to find weapons to compliment the style. I appreciate it.

Some of my favorite weapons are loyce great sword, ice rapier, red iron twinblade, and black knight greatsword. I'm using those with a pyromancer/hexer build. I'm working on a miracle build and a sorcery build though.

Resonant weapon is to buff before a boss fight or duel, and increases your damage output immensely as is adds dark damage, and then adds a multiplier to your weapon's total dark damage. Scraps of life is insurance in case anyone gets behind you, or you just want to use an AoE. The Sacred Chime Hammer can be substituted for a Crypt Black Sword +5, but I prefer the hammer because of higher damage and the fact that it does strike damage. The levels are just a base, if you with to exceed soul level 150, I would suggest putting points into Vigor, and then endurance before anything else. [/spoiler] The Wall [spoiler]Armor: Imperious set +10 Rings: Royal Soldiers Ring +2 Life Ring +3 Ring of Giants +2 Chloranthy Ring +2 Weapons: Reeve's Greatshield +5 in the right hand Orma's Grestshield +5 in the Left hand Sl 162+ Knight (sue me, it's the easiest class to start as, and I like it's stat spread Vig: 40 End: 40 Vit: 45 Att: 4 Str: 50 Dex: 12 Adp: 15 Int: 3 Fth: 6 My Favorite build, I don't know why. I think it's because it feels glorious being able tank hits and be able to catch people off guard. Anyways, I'm convinced the shields have the worst range for attacking in game, and the stamina consumption only allows for 2 attacks, 3 if you're fine not having any stamina for a few seconds. However, the shields hit like a truck with their power stance attacks, and you always have the option for a jump attack that will also guarantee a knock down on hit, giving time to regenerate stamina, or get ready to respond to whatever your opponent will do. Overall, this build is more for fun, but it is effective if timed correctly, like just about every other build for Dark Souls. [/spoiler]

4 RisposteModificato da gethyn007: 2/9/2016 10:34:40 PMMy favorite and most successful and most versatile build was a hex physical melee hybrid build using claymore, sunset staff, seabow, and I forget which shield but I'm pretty sure it was situational. As for armor, pretty sure it didn't matter much at all, but I liked being quick so nothing too heavy. Think maybe it was something like black leather set? Lion Mage cuffs? Hexer's hood? Anyway, I'm away from home and so I'm not at my ps4 at the moment, but I probably still have lots of screenshots showing the build and gearing. I do remember the build wrecking people in pvp and doing very, very well in pve. When I get back to my ps4 I can give you more specifics on the stat distribution and abilities n what not, but if you search for a build like this you can probably find a lot of info on it.

7 Risposte95-110 Agility(Comes out to around 40 Adp at 110) 40/40 Fth/Int Dark Weapon Dark Ice Rapier +5/Red Iron Twinblade +10/Dark Crypt Sword +5 + Stats needed to 2 hand(1 hand for Rapier) You're good to go.

1 RispondiHey if it's your first play through then don't use a guide. Experiment and see for your self. Also you don't need to worry about making a mistake cause theres These things called soul vessels that can let you rearrange all your levels so you don't have to start over. Don't look at a guide.
