Matchmaking Settings Updated
[b]"New Crucible matchmaking settings (previously active in Iron Banner and Skirmish) have been added to Rumble and Control. More to come!"[/b]
Our Engineering team continues to apply recent evolutions for Crucible matchmaking to more playlists. We'll continue to monitor how these changes impact the experience. Stay tuned for more playlists to be added soon. If all goes well.

2 RisposteI honestly don't experience much lag at all and I think matchmaking has improved. I mean yes there are a few times when things lag out but that happens in all games. Also there's stuff in between your game input and the destiny servers that affects lag.

4 RisposteThere is a reason your CEO resigned and I think we all understand it is due to the lack of awareness the Bungie workforce has for its players. I for one am an avid player and spend almost every night playing this game for several hours till I tell myself sleep is necessary. I read thread after thread and blog after blog dealing with Bungie and the misfortune the Destiny game has fallen too. You started this game telling us all that you were purists in the gaming community and wouldn't release information of upcoming DLC content or future expansions of Destiny for fear it would ruin the experience of the game player when really you couldn't because you always flew by the seats of your pants and procrastinated on deadlines and fell short on game content and expansion of the of armory and ordinance. PvP is an utter joke. I hate to say that the days of true play between two random player will never be something the average Joe not messing with his connection will ever be a part of when it comes to Destiny. We aren't stupid and judging by my fellow comrades we all agree on the play of PvP. Maybe you should ACTUALLY read these statements other than cherry picking them to best suit your minds into thinking you know better. P.S. stop publishing babble to fill your news tab on Bungie. Print something we want to read about, like expanded weapon and armor add-ons to effect the vanilla game play or an "update" that increases the light lvl for VOG or Crota's End to keep us interested..... I don't work for you, but look at that a few ideas that might save your asses from job termination.

Could you actually add matchmaking to raids? I have only got 2 friends that play destiny and it is basically impossible to find a time to do the vault of glass with my level 17 sidekicks.....

Not sure if changes have been made in the last 2 days or if you guys just need to do maintenance again, but the connection in Control is horrible again. If there are red bars, then there are 2-4 on a team. Even if they're all green, shots are not registering properly again. Shotguns are not killing even if I press it right up against them. Maybe the maintenance that was done Thursday messed things up. I dunno but it sucks again

Just get rid of SBMM, all these little tweaks of yours are not working at all. First of all the playlists are still laggy as hell and if its not lag its people cheating....crucible used to be fun but now every game is sweaty and try hard, if your gonna keep SBMM it needs to be in a seperate ranked playlist whilst all other modes including trials should be solely connection based. For christ sake bungie actually listen to your fan base because people are leaving this game in hordes at the moment because you dont listen to us and the game isnt fun anymore ever since you introduced SBMM.

3 RisposteWhy is it that you are so focused on fixing PvP, yet you don't fix any of the actual game mechanics or weapon balancing? Firebolts are OP as all hell, melees only connect if ur a warlock, and hit detection with most weapons is so unreliable. Furthermore I hope you can tell from all the other comments on the matchmaking topic that matchmaking was never the problem with Crucible (My bias is that cbmm is better). And please stop Nerfing a gun class and Buffing another! Just make them all equal, I hate having to switch meta every few months. Personally pulse rifle meta was the best of them yet. I'd like to know what other people's favorite meta was.
