Oh it's True...
It's DAMN TRUE!
Not to mention Harold Ryan, Luke Smith & Activision pretty much murdered this game before it officially released.

Shut up with the killing destiny posts. If destiny was going to "die" to a game it would've done so a long time ago. Yet here you are two years later posting on a dead game's forum. Interesting...

4 RisposteModificato da Obi Poe Kenobi: 2/19/2016 5:24:10 PMIf people on this game complain about enemy types; how long will it take before they get bored of the Division when every raid boss is human with just a massive massive health bar and the same for instances/strikes. It's a Tom Clancy game; there wont be zombies or aliens. You know how much the fanbase will turn on them when they find out the Division also cut content? Brooklyn was completely cut out of the game and is intended for DLC which completely cut the games size in half. Honeymoon period will wear off after a month. - People will complain about nerfing the Marksman Rifles (They are OP, get one) - People will complain about the shotguns (Nothing changed from Division to Destiny in that regard) - People will complain about the campers in the Dark Zone who just camp extraction points. - People will complain that PVP is the ONLY way to get the best gear in the Division. I give it a month until the shiny new toy syndrome wears off.

1 RispondiSounds like the people who said the same thing for halo, advanced Warfare, black ops 3, and really any big release over the course of destiny. How many times can a game die?
-
6 RisposteI'll be playing both The Division and Destiny. WOW playing 2 games sounds impossible right?
-
The Division Beta did not at all get me hooked the way Destiny's Beta did. While the concept is cool, the gunplay is outdated, the dark zone is just a place for people to group up and camp extraction zones to take others things, and unless there are some really cool guns in endgame the gun system itself is boring. I had fun with the beta but it honestly didn't seem like anything special. Hopefully it will improve. This all being said, I guess we can look at Destiny now and realize that everything great from beta has been destroyed... Long story short: The Division won't kill Destiny unless there are some major changes before launch. Destiny won't survive unless there are major changes in a timely matter

2 RisposteThese threads are still around? Meh I hope division is good. I'll have something to play while I wait for Dark Souls 3 No Mans Sky and other games I'm actually hyped for
-
1 RispondiThe division is just like defiance. Another mmorpg game. Which division litterally copied off of. And it didnt kill destiny.
-
It's 2 very different games.
-
2 Rispostei just played the beta today, then i realized destiny is a better game than division
-
Doubt it. It's slow and clunky. Third person junk.
-
In my opinion, Tom Clancy's ghost recon future soldier had better 3rd person controls and that game was made a few years ago it's kind of sad.
-
2 RisposteI mean it's still in beta form, but it most likely will be better. For one it has a story, two the game has many pve content on launch. And let's not forget the dayz type of appeal in the dark zone.

-
23 RisposteThe movement mechanics are shit. I love the way the guns sound though!
-
2 RisposteAre you kidding me? That game is more barren than destiny. Battlefront has better PvP and gameplay than the division.
-
10 RisposteHahahahahahahahahahahahaha! No. That's the emptiest open world I've ever seen. And I quit Destiny in November
-
Modificato da ThisMahSwamp: 2/19/2016 5:04:22 PMTwo pretty different games that satisfy different itches if you ask me. Also, what sort of endgame can we expect from The Division? Oh, that's right...we don't know shit about the game yet, but we are going to hype train the hell out of it to ensure we are disappointed with the final product. That's not to mention people's ability to play various games....it's like they can do more than one thing, oh no!
-
I disagree. The division is super cool, nice graphics, interesting story but slightly clunky gameplay. I think it's a newer version of army of two. I don't think the destiny community will just straight up quit. Yes there's a lot of comparisons and all but I think division will have that start rush of players and people will play both. Cool game, will compete with destiny for sure, but destiny will always have a solid basis of people playing consistantly.

2 RisposteCouldn't even log in... Fail

10 RisposteIt's a solid game and has so much potential but one thing is holding it back in my opinion.. The walking, Walking everywhere. It takes ages getting from one side of the BETA area to the other. They need some kind of transportation like a Horse or something cool like that. Streets are too crowded for a car. I think riding a horse round a deserted NYC would be pretty cool.
-
No it's not
-
1 Rispondi10 min mission 1 hr of walking = boring

Played a bit of the Beta...... It's alright. I have to play a bit more to say I like it enough to play it for a long period of time. I didn't even like Destiny until like 6 months into Y1 anyways.
-
5 RisposteCan anyone else even get in on PlayStation. I keep on getting the same God damn error code Delta 20010159 and I haven't been able to play for 3 hours
-
Hopefully it kills these posts, doubt it unfortunately.
