Where are you with Destiny in relation to its current state and upcoming new releases?
Bungie finally announced their plans for the rest of the year until Destiny 2. New PvE content in the Spring with a significant Light increase, new gear to chase, strike(s) and replayability. Also, an Expansion later this year.
Did this change anything for you guys? I won't be deleting Destiny from my console anytime soon now, but I will still be playing the Division a lot, though not entirely as much as I thought I would be when there was no content announcement.
I'm still having fun with Destiny, but I'm finding myself definitely playing it less and less each week. The thing that keeps it fun is the people I play with and lately they've just been getting frustrated with the little things that are wrong with the Crucible since that's mainly what we play now.
I'm positive that soon I just won't log on at all during the week because the only time I'm having fun now is when I'm playing Trials, and with The Division coming out soon and Final Fantasy XV, Destiny might just become that game I uninstall until some new fresh expansion comes out. I'll set that bish on download overnight and finish that content in a week or so, uninstall it again, and get back to other games.
Talk to me. Sound off below what your thoughts are. Positive and negative comments are welcome. If you don't care, go ahead and say that too. Haha

1 RispondiHavent touched the shit in months. Refuse to until things change - keep trolling here waiting to see a glimmer of hope for D2... So far just more salt and disappointment flooding the community.
-
1 RispondiDont play it anymore. Still come here for now hoping bungie will get their head out of their ass but these guys are hell bent on shitting in their own game.
-
1 RispondiI'm feeling it could've been so much better of they didn't take out the raids and Poe. I'm feeling Ffxiv right now though. It'sad dope!
-
3 RisposteI'm playing less and less now for sure, content has got pretty boring tbh and with nothing new coming out soon, there's not much point continuing to grind for a 320 ghost or 320 class item I'll pop on for ToO on the weekends because I enjoy the competitive nature of the game mode, and maybe the odd raid in the week But I wanna enjoy BO3 more and finish off MGS5 at some point. Will definitely be looking at getting FF15 when its released and maybe the division if it turns out to be good, hearing mixed reviews on it atm

1 RispondiI usually play Destiny one night during the week, and that is reset night do all my raids, and nightfalls, and might farm Omingul for the Grasp here and there, and I might do bounties to, but I know that I will be playing it less and less when Farcry Primal comes out, and The Division comes out. I will probably be back playing a little more when they bring some new exotics to the game or announce something to do with PvE.
-
1 RispondiI find myself doing less and less it has become stale, only chasing Hawkmoon and then I may take a break unless something new comes along that's meaningful.
-
1 RispondiI have noticed that I'm not playing as much as I use to. I only play a few hours of pvp with friends, and we don't raid anymore so getting to light level 320 is something I stopped looking forward to. I really like Destiny because I've met so many amazing people from it, but it's beginning to become less enjoyable for me, sad to say. I do look forward to Destiny 2, but I'm just taking a much needed break here and there. Crimson Doubles sounds interesting but pvp is something I'm not good at so I'll probably be carried by my friend, lol. I just hope to have some kind of fun for this event. XD

1 RispondiI'm a beta player and I'm over it. I've needed a class item since the beginning of November to hit 320 and still haven't got one. No new pve content until next year...once the division comes out, I will be taking an extended break from destiny. Bungie needs to get its shit together. Idgaf about silly pvp events, emotes or pink ghosts.

2 RisposteUnfortunately it's got to a point where Bunglevision and myself are going to part ways. I enjoyed my time in Destiny, but they have truly lost what made it special. These (non)Events that seem to be the future are both childish and let's be honest boring. I understand totally that it must be hard to continue the pace DLC were released in Y1 but nearly 6 months into Y2 and not even a hint at any new content? Hell it's no wonder Destiny is hemorrhaging players. Sad isn't it Bunglevision had a loyal customer with plenty of disposable income (yay to retirement) who would have followed Destiny through its 10 year plan.

1 RispondiStopped playing awhile ago. TTK had some new stuff i liked. I do not like Destiny pvp. The social aspect got kinda sour for raid teams.. And for whatever reasons Bungie makes design decisions that shoot themselfs and Destiny in the foot... Lol i liked CE raid and VOG. Did 1000 strikes :0 but most games have their grind... I would have no problem comming back for Destiny 2 if it was fun.. Warframe is fun for now, we'll see how The Division goes.

2 RisposteHopeful. Also excited. When I think about what is left for this game and where its headed I get pretty excited (not that kind of excited lol). With everything we know now about the lore and what has happened leading up till now it really is a great story so far. Thinking about where it will go has me equally excited (still not that way lol) to see if i am correct about what to eventually expect and see what i think We will see. There is still a lot to be written and do in the galaxy of destiny, cannot wait to see and do it all :)

1 RispondiI love the game but have grown bored with it. I can't really afford anything else right now so I just don't play as much as I used to. I haven't touched pve in a month except to load up this weeks nightfall then decide -blam!- it. When I do get on I play pvp but the strange hit detection and other issues with crucible frustrate me. I will play the Crimson doubles because it sounds like it might be fun but they need to do something and fast.

2 RisposteRight meow....screw them. With doubt in my mind that they chopped, cut, and pasted back together Destiny to include DLC'S (not sure but there's doubt), it took them over a year to make TTK. Which only lasted until November because of time released exotics. (Still missing some I believe) No talk of any PVE changes until later this year. When they reset all of our stats and start again. Not to mention...KF is more jumping puzzle than raid IMO

1 RispondiUsed to play every day till it felt almost unhealthy so I stopped. I havent deleted my characters and log on about once a month. I also pop into the forums here from time to time just to see if anything has changed or new. Rarely the case. I'll be back with bells on though if raid matchmaking is introduced :)

1 RispondiWhen I bought destiny the day it came out I knew nothing about it. It was just a brand new game that came out in my eyes. Had no idea about bungie or bungies history with halo or anything about the game for that matter. It was the happiest random game purchase I have ever and probably will ever have bought in my entire life... Now, I've seen and done it all in destiny. Quite literally. I'm an omnivore player with tons of time on my hands and year one for me was incredible especially because I had no expectations of what the game was supposed to be or what others were told and had hoped for. No complaints about year one in the slightest. I think year 2 appeared to be off to a good start with the release of taken King, there was plenty of content to enjoy at first, but with news that dlc's like dark below and house of wolves no longer being made I knew immediately that things were about to change in a very negative way. That's not to say that I don't love this game still or don't play it daily because I do but for me I think I'm clinging on to this idea that at any moment hopefully bungie will see that this path they're taking destiny on is not the right direction to take the game and community. I have to imagine it's that way for everyone who plays, but everyone has a breaking point and even I have found myself growing tired of the current lack of content and direction this game has had lately. I also thought that year 2 would allow us to really utilize all of our year 1 content as easily as we could before, and as naive as that may sound of me I think the reality of it is that so much content has gone to waste ( vault of glass and CROTAS end are the main things I think I personally really miss from year 1) but it is what it is and yeah that's how I feel on the matter. Each day without the news or a sign that new content is coming just makes the game that much harder for me personally to play. I'll always come back and play destiny but now my time isn't as exclusive to it as it used to be and I am not sure it ever will be again unless some serious changes begin to occur that offer substantial noticeably to everyone.

3 RisposteI feel fist of havoc is broken only thing wrong with the game imo
-
1 RispondiI play about an hour a day. Been grinding PoE lately for motes and coins. Do Iron Banner on one character every month. That's about it. Missing Year 1.
-
1 RispondiI just get on to do 3 heroic strikes, daily mission, daily crucible and weekly crucible bounties. I wish they could add some pve content soon
-
1 RispondiBored… I have all the exotics (Y2 and Y1) that are available and done all the Hard Raid challenge modes. My characters (Hunter ,Titan, Warlock) are 317 to 318 and frankly grinding my way to 320 just is not appealing. I will never get to ToO Lighthouse and frankly, I no longer care about it. I can play other PvP games with dedicated host servers and that measure skill - not the laggy console hosting that Bungie calls "Competitive MultiPlayer" which is no more than "whomever is Host or Lags Most is the Crucible King". Lastly, to make things even less appealing already, the fact that Bungie has no road map for DLC or new PvE content means I have nothing to look forward too.

2 RisposteStale as fuck. Been off Destiny since the 22nd and plan on returning when Bungie drops a major, meaningful, in game update. Feels amazing having time off.
-
1 RispondiI find the game play less rewarding than before and I'm not impressed with their response to the PvE side of the game. It has great potential but it's turning into every other shooter game.
-
1 RispondiIt needs fresh things, I haven't played in two weeks, my friend came over to play Destiny but we ended up playing Fallout, no he doesn't have his own ps4.
-
2 RisposteI'm now Meh... Used to play daily, now I'll still turn it on once or twice per week, at most.
-
1 RispondiModificato da ExcessiveForce1: 2/3/2016 4:41:55 AMI will never purchase anything from Bungie again. Hotline bling? Seriously? Yet, the rest of the game is 75% irrelevant with an almost exclusive focus on PvP. This game is nothing like what was advertised and hyped. It's hardly a shell of the expectations that were set. What a massive let down, bungie. Staggeringly pathetic. And somehow, they expect this game to last an entire year on microtransactions and PvP events. Lmfao.

3 RisposteStarted Warframe today Thats how I feel about Destiny
