Warlock Balancing?
Who thinks warlocks need rebalanced to make crucible fair.
What needs fixed:
Melee range
Over shield buff after melee
Fire bolts
Viking funeral/touch of flame
Storm caller super time
Edit 1:
Possible solutions that I've read or discussed with others.
Over shied only after a kill
Reduced fire bolt damage, make all grenades much stronger when in radiance
Transcendence tweek for storm caller
Btw I have a warlock before anyone gets upset. It's all a matter of opinion I'm open to counter arguments.

3 RisposteWarlocks never have been OP. I personally find GG OP but then so many on these cancerous forums main a hunter so all I hear is crap about how bad they are and they should be buffed. Maybe warlocks wouldn't be the best if the huntards didn't whine about everything better than them. Titans have been nerfed and now they suck. I don't want warlocks to get nerfed but they will do and then watch the hunters reign over the crucible. I guarantee you that they will not be nerfed. [spoiler]¡Viva la revolution![/spoiler]

I was thinking damage fall off for the melee or just an over all damage reduction since they can melee past shotgun range. I feel like that would even out a lot of game play. And touch of flame and Viking funeral should be in the same perk column.

7 RisposteThe only thing that really needs changing with warlocks is landfall and the storm caller super. Landfall is almost as strong as the Titan slam, then they can go on and hold one button to chain lightning and kill anything in their path wayyy too fast. Bungie can't balance for crap, all they've done is nerf one class at a time till people complain about the next one. All that's left is warlock storm caller.

I love it I -blam!-ing love it,warlocks have been fine for over 16 months but now hunters & titans have been nerfed into the ground warlocks seem powerful but warlocks have received no buff to abything we were given a 55% reduction in grenade recharge rate while in radience which may I add is the whole point of sunsinger but we broke VoG.

If you added additional melee range and a stronger longer lasting shield with higher damage and linger burning grenades things may start to become a little overpowered. Appreciate the suggestions though. Edit. Also there is already a perk to extend the uptime of Stormcallers so I would buff that special either.

Either nerf flame shield to require a kill or make force barrier proc after a hit. Reduce the detection radius of firebolt. Lower the range of their melee OR have the melee range remain but have damage drop off that still consumes the melee ability. Reduce the overall damage of Viking funeral, if not revamp Hunter and titan grenades, ie pulse grenades could do a disrupt effect stopping enemies from reloading, collecting a rift, or picking up an ammo crate. To be honest it isn't that warlocks are overpowered as much as the others don't have anything really special or synergy within their classes like warlocks do.

13 RisposteOnly problems are the time that grenades burn for with Viking funeral, Melee range is a bit much on a stormcaller but I think sunsingers should have maybe 5%-10% more health while in radiance
