Warlock Balancing?
Who thinks warlocks need rebalanced to make crucible fair.
What needs fixed:
Melee range
Over shield buff after melee
Fire bolts
Viking funeral/touch of flame
Storm caller super time
Edit 1:
Possible solutions that I've read or discussed with others.
Over shied only after a kill
Reduced fire bolt damage, make all grenades much stronger when in radiance
Transcendence tweek for storm caller
Btw I have a warlock before anyone gets upset. It's all a matter of opinion I'm open to counter arguments.

1 RispondiOkay I see where you're coming from. You're obviously a veteran player. Every class has something that seems a little OP don't you think? Hunters have a QuickDraw perk as well as throwable melee attacks. Titans have fist of havoc imo it's one of the best supers in the game. The warlock has a powerful neutral game (Sunsinger) but radiance isn't really that good. A free revive but that's pretty much it. Stormcaller on the other hand has a bad neutral game but an amazing super game. I just feel like if they took the Sunsinger grenades away... There's nothing else good about that subclass anymore. From statistic from what bungee showed earlier. All subclasses are all played an equal amount at the moment.

3 RisposteWarlocks need a buff as their supers are the poorest out of all the classes, Void Walker can hardly kill anything and has NO range, Sun Slinger radiance has little point unless you need that crutch of self res, Storm caller is fine as it can easily be shut down in PvP. What needs to happen is a re-work of HUNTERS as the Nightstalker is too powerful, is an instant kill, traps players too long and generate too many orbs. Then Shade step needs removing all together as this is just a joke. Oh and they get a melee that out ranges any warlock with the knifes. Oh and the poor Titans seriously need some help now they have been trashed to hell. Warlocks - stay as is Titans - Get a buff Hunters - Need a serious Nerf to Nightstalker

3 RisposteOh, I see now, OP. Melee range? Huh. Funny. Throwing knife, Blink Strike; hell, even the Titan melee is pretty close to the range. Overshield only after a kill? Ok, but make it as or almost as strong as Disintegrate. Reduce Firebolt damage? Woah, woah, easy now. Probably you're too scrubby to notice that grenade, along with the Arcbolt, got a range and damage nerf. It's base damage isn't even THAT high. It's like 87. Come on. Viking Funeral/Touch of Flame? Uh… dumb. Viking funeral combined with the Firebolt DON'T kill by themselves. If you die by a burn, it's your fault. A guardian with max discipline is able to throw a grenade every 30 SECONDS. And not every grenade will be a kill. Even if we were to be talking about Radiance, the warlock won't throw too much of them. You probably don't even know why. If you're running Firebolt/Touch of Flame/Viking Funeral, you're not taking advantage for the increased radiance time. Even with Heart of Praxic Fire and Max Discipline, it would only give chance to throw like 10~13, IDK. And that is IF you don't get killed before. Trascendence? No problem. A tad too long. Take out 2~3 seconds. I'll still [i]zap[/i] your ass.

Every thing should stay the same, Warlock do not need nerfing and Voidwalkers really need a buff. Also the overshield is on hit because we have a melee charge.... We only get it once then we have to wait so stop complaining, Disintegrate is waaaayyyyy more OP than Flame Shield so if that gets nerfed then Titans need nerfing too an if Titans get there melee nerfed then Hunters blink strike needs fixing and nerfed!

Warlocks accounts will be nerfed so that they cannot complain on bungie.net about the nerf. I know warlocks are next on the chopping block....so feel free to add anything that I missed.

Ehh, I would agree with the overshield change if it weren't for a fact that it procs always So unless you get their health down you'd be wasting a melee charge

How about this warlocks are the most underpowered pve class, yes storm caller is beast but so is striker and bladedancer. Instead of complaining about warlocks how about you learn how to use the other classes better. I mean warlocks can't even evade. Want to talk about unfair. Where is our year 2 exotics? Everyone griping on warlocks because they get bested by some tryhards. Deal with it, it's just a game.

sevens words for yea dude...LEAVE...PVE...OUT...OF...IT. untill we get a separation of thing that apply to PvP from pve there should be no more nerfs. leave it, drop it, and go on with your life, once there is a separation between the two you guys can play with your pillow guns and throw stuffed animals at each other in pvp while us pve-er can still kills shit.

You realize that if they were to make all of these idiotic changes to the warlock to make them less powerful in PvP, they will also affect the warlock for PvE, essentially destroying the most fun and balanced class. Stop crying about being killed by a warlock when the problem isn't the warlock, the problem is that the person using their warlock was more skilled than you.
