Halo 4 and 5 aren't Halo games, they're atrocities. Pure and simple.
There's changing up the game, but they've gone to the point of it just not being Halo anymore...
So I don't know about you guys, but in my mind, the Master Chief died long ago. I'll take him as the dignified character he was over the entirely irrelevant garbage he is now...

2 RisposteIf you guys can't understand that 343 and Bungie are separate companies with separate design philosophies then of course you'll hate the 343 games. That being said, Halo 5 was the biggest gaming disappointment I've experienced in quite a while.
-
12 RisposteOoh. I like this idea. Like John 117 is still on the FUD frozen in time. All of these new games are just simulations a monitor is running on an installation somewhere.
still a better ending than Halo 5
-
Yeah halo lost its story well thats what i think personally
-
That is stupid just because it is not a carbon copy of the originals.
-
The bait and stupidity is real. Your opinion and your mind are irrelevant. Try a little harder next time.
-
Yeah, you do that bud. Honestly, I just think you're suffering from a severe case of "Toomuchnostoliabungiefanboyosis".
-
1 Rispondi5 is fine. I am a bit pissed because I feel like 343 false advertised the story.
-
Someone tell me when it's $30. I'll care then.
-
It's a shame, if Halo was actually good still I'd probably still be on Xbox but I built a new pc. I'll cherish my memories of getting to play Halo 3 when I could, if was my first Halo. It sucks, it was that iconic game that as a child I always looked forward to playing and now that I'm older it's just a game that's there that I don't care for much.
-
That's fine. Halo 4 and onwards is an "evolution". Personally, I think Halo 4/5 was quite enjoyable.
-
... Stfu
-
Halo 4's campaign was fine. One of the best imo. I do think they dropped the ball big time with Halo 5. I cant even force myself to play through the campaign again.
-
All the big games have gone a bit " Call of duty" on us. Shame.
-
3 Risposte5 is just fine. Just another 343 hater

Modificato da A Jackal Sniper: 1/27/2016 10:28:12 PMSo uh, what's the context here? Other than trying to b8 that is.

1 RispondiHalo 1: ok this is cool Halo 2: this is awesome Halo 3: where do I enlist into the UNSC Halo 3 ODST: yo firefight...meh Halo reach: ... No katana on my back ;-; Halo 4: ok CHEIF IS BACK BABY HALO 5: ummmmm... Yo can I have some money to buy some req packs... Plz...
-
4 RisposteI hope halo fallow suit of uncharted 4. By ending the franchise or the story within the universe while it is in it is prime or what left of halo....
-
I absolutely despise the route they've gone with Halo 5 in terms of everything except for story and cinematic beauty. The reason I can accept the story is the same reason I can accept the story of The Force Awakens. Like The Force Awakens, Halo 5 is the first in a trilogy. The one thing that matters is the story arc between all games. I admire the fact that they're trying to add character to the Spartans. Where they act like an actual, interacting team. Not to say the execution was fantastic, but I like the effort. (Side note - I see a lot of hate towards Halo: Reach in the replies here, and I'd really like to know why people hate the game. Most of the answers people have given are really damn poor. So it'd be nice if someone could clarify why it was a "bad game".)

Played through halo 5 within 24 and finished it this morning. Never played halo and if I didn't know the others are better, I might've stopped after 5. I was sorely disappointed
-
13 RisposteHalo 1 Halo2 Halo3 Halo3:ODST Halo Reach
Halo ended here
-
2 RisposteModificato da SQUIDTASTIX: 1/27/2016 7:21:27 PMHe may not have, but the human covenant war did. 343 didn't even bother explaining why they're fighting in 4. If only halo ended in its glory days...
-
3 RisposteBut Chief didnt die in Halo 3, so hes alive either way. Also halo 4>Halo 3
-
Well, since you're clearly one of those playing since the beginning (original halo) I can see where you dislike the direction the franchise has taken. But the bigger video game audience is for the younger people, so they made the new games appeal more to them. I'm one of the new generation. But i played through all the old halos on MCC (and they're fantastic) and the new ones. And I have to say they're just as good, despite the new movement and stuff, it still stays true to halos roots, that being the power weapons, everybody loving the BR, and all that. And honestly I can't get enough of halo 5,
-
I have no skin in the nostalgia fight. I literally just played halo 1-4 (and ODST) for the first time ever (Halo: MCC). From a graphics perspective and FPS handling perspective, Halo 4 (due to it being made in 2010 or later) is in my opinion the strongest. As far as pure story (cutscenes included and terminals included), I think halo 2 is the strongest with 4 close behind. I cannot comment on how each made you feel playing it as a kid. I have fond memories of Ocarina of Time, but I'm sure if I went back and replayed it I wouldn't be as in love with it as I was. I get why you don't like that 343 is making halo now, but it's being made. I don't like the newest 4 Star Wars at all, but they are still part of the Star Wars universe.

4 RisposteYou want to talk about atrocity in the Halo games? Halo Wars. Halo 4 is a decent Halo and a great game while Halo 5 is great on both fronts. Sure Halo 4 suffered in the gameplay department, but the story was the best yet. It had character development and delved into the extended universe. Halo 5 gameplay is great and most like Halo 2. The story, gameplay wise, was really good and it was bringing in more of the extended universe, but the plot was executed poorly.
-
1 RispondiCalling Halo 4 and 5 atrocities doesn't really give credence to real atrocities like the Armenian Genocide or Unit 731. Anyway, what a silly opinion to have.
