Defender is the best PVP class. Poor players cannot play Defender but a skilled Defender is something fearsome to behold.
Defender doesn't need any improvements, but high impact snipers need a damage nerf so they cannot body shot kill with WoL.

They can body shot with Guerrilla fighter, any sniper can, it is sickening

WoL and icebreaker. An unlimited golden gun :D or at least before the bubble disappears or runs out.

Let's not nerf that, it's the one redeeming quality for a bubble. The problem isn't that it can be used to success by skilled people, of course people that are really good can use it successfully, that is why they are considered good pvp players. The thing is, WoD is much less successful in pvp than other supers

It's one of the most successful for top their players though. It may be the super with the biggest skill gap, but I do not think that is necessarily a bad thing. It has a ton of utility in PVE as well remember. It's a very well rounded super all things considered.
