Never has a Fallen been so unbreakable and immovable since the Kell of Stone. The Vanguard has tried in vain to issue successful strikes on him but a bounty on his head only serves to show Randas' lust for attention or lack thereof. No strike team has risen up to the challenge and some say the Vanguard has never even issued a bounty on this particular Fallen to begin with. [/i]
