Army of One
Gernader
Surrounded
Danger Close
AoO and Gernader don't even give you 10% to your charge. And the AoO requirements are to stingint.
I feel like everyone would agree that Danger Close and surrounded are usless considering you have to be in hugging distance for them to proc and even then the increase is miniscule.
Honorable mentions: Not usless but not very good
Exumed (very situational)
Guerilla fighter ( not enough "cover" in the game)
Eye of the Storm
Kneepads (except shotguns)
For anyone saying any of these perks are good, compare it to these perks and then tell me yoy would rather have one of the perks listed above.
Life Support
Outlaw
Rangefinder
LiTC
Rescue Mag
Performance Bonus
Counter Balance
I understand how AoO and gernader are useful for pve. Honestly though it doesn't matter what perks you use for pve.

HOW COULD YOU FORGET THE BEST PERK EVER MADE.
ICARUS
-
I'm not a big fan of hot swap or battle runner either...
-
Army of one is a god perk. My raid lmg has it and is my go to weapon for strikes. It does work and works great! Group of weak adds? Spray them down and insta grenades. This is amazing in combo with void warlocks and nothing manacles using high dis set up. You are spraying grenades around faster then a sunsinger during radiance. Especially if your other weapons have army of one and/or grenadier aswell.
-
2 RisposteIcarus is by far the worst perk for PVP or PVE. Who jumps just to get a little more accuracy? No one. Not a single person. Ever.

Modificato da GARYtheCANNIBAL: 1/25/2016 12:07:17 AMWho's Next, Spray and Play and Cascade need to all be replaced by Feeding Frenzy and Outlaw. Bonus grenade/melee energy on Orb pickups, need to go. Increased Agility/Recovery for 5 seconds needs to be extended and provide and actual difference. Increased elemental Armor perks need to actually increase your health. Richochet round perks need to go, or have insane bullet magnetism to be made useful. High caliber round perks need to specify that they increase flinch in PvP, and actually increase damage. Icarus needs to go. Unflinching needs to actually prevent flinch substantially. Perks that increase PvE damage need to be extended to entire races. Why would I use a perk like that when it only works on Centurions or Minotaurs, and not all Vex or all Cabal? There's only going to be one or two per group of enemies. Will of Light is on point. Close and/or Personal might be decent perk if the bonus melee damage lasted more than a second. Surrounded needs more range on it. I love the idea of a perk that gives you a fighting chance against crowds. Crowd Control would be better too if it had a bit more time staying active.

18 RisposteModificato da PeetSquared: 1/24/2016 2:37:42 PMIf you can't see how Army of Juan is at least near a top perk, then we can't have a civilized discussion.
-
I mean mulligan and any if the surrounded perks are simply wasteful
-
Are you kidding 25s nades in crucible with faster recharge time with kills I love it personally
-
1 RispondiModificato da Dwayne the Jock Ronson: 1/24/2016 7:21:11 PMGrenedier and Army of One or two of the best perks out there for PvE. Don't make polls to try and remove even more from PvE just because you only care about PvP.
-
1 RispondiIMHO You can go ahead and throw out any perk that "has a chance" to proc. I refuse to leave my encounters up to chance. I want to know EXACTLY whats gonna happen with my perks and when. Of course there are a couple exceptions. I LOVE Monte Carlo, it has an always active perk that combines with a chance perk, so you still get something even if it doesn't proc. Bottom line: if I can't RELY on it, then I don't really care about it
-
Your spelling needs some work, bud.
-
2 Risposte"Gain 5 seconds of increased agility after a Void double kill" -_-
-
But army of one is great, help with spamming grenades with full dicipline, and helps recharge me 0 cooldown on melee
-
God I hate you pvp -blam!-s.

1 RispondiPETITION TO BRING BACK SHANK BURN SIGNED
-
Surrounded and danger close do suck, no matter what. Also exhumed. But AoO and grenadier can be good for PvE. Now, I really dislike PvE. I really play destiny exclusively for the PvP. Yes, I said it. I think PvP is superior. But it can be said that there are perks for PvE and perks for PvP. This is why we have multiple guns. If you get a good PvE roll on a gun, just use it for PvE.
-
Don't forget Icarus. Anyways I had an idea where artifacts would put one of those perks passively on your equipped legendary primary weapon. Because they're neat perks, but they destroy weapons when they take up a whole perk slot. Sort of how like shank burn would be cool if it were a passive perk on prison weapons but made them utter garbage because they were a main perk.
-
If you don't want variety with your guns, then go play a game that just gives you certain load outs and everyone has same gear..... And then do that for a year and tell me you aren't bored.
-
I think this falls in line with participation trophies. Let's just give everyone the same gun, so they don't need to work for different rolls, or play much, or try to adapt to different situations, or modify their stats to benefit from their gear. Shit, why do we need perks on any guns anyway. Let's just all play megaman again.
-
2 RisposteYou forgot 1 its the biggest and widely used perk of them all.. It can be used on any gun or even gear. It's called crybaby perk
-
That would take the fun out for every drop.
-
I don't like life support or rescue mag either. Too situational. But other than that I agree
-
You forgot the most OP perk in the game. It's called the "I'm a lil bítch" perk. It pops up when you don't get the exact weapon with the exact perks you wanted.
-
Exhumed is so useless in every way lol
-
You forgot private eye and vacuum. Not sure of you mentioned take a knee. Perfectionist is shit as well.
-
I wish this were possible.... But part of the game is getting the weapon you want, and being disappointed with how bad the rolls are.
