Who "earned" Thorn?
Who fought through the hordes of enemies to nova bomb one guy to earn one precious point?

Signed. I did it on my hunter with a void shotgun(no idea which one, it was blue). My second time around, I used my warlock and holy hell was it a lot easier with avoid super.

Got it using 77 wizard only on my hunter so no void special or ability kills to help out and I didn't have any void primary or heavy weapons at the time.

Wasnt hard, Nova Bomb, word of crota. swordbreaker, truth.

3 Risposte3 times, all on my Hunter. Didn't have anything, so I used some blue void fusion rifle. Worst experience ever.

I completed the Thorne quest with my Titan (using striker) and self-res warlock. It sucked at first and I grew weary until Crota, Iron Banner and Zür blessed me with Word of Crota (void hand cannon) Party Crasher and Truth. You should seen how they wept. Grown men cried for they're mothers, ashamed to show they're faces to Shaxx for fear of being banished from the tower forever. I was the reason they created the mercy rule. The Stranger herself welcomed me into her bed chamber after she witnessed the void carnage I wrought in Rumble and Clash.

It was a good quest. I wish they had not removed it but let's be honest, no one would do it for a 170 weapon. Still wrecks in pvp but I don't think it would be good for level advantage events.

I actually have a year 1 montage of me using a void 77 wizard and unlocking the bounty

Was an absolute blast to earn this weapon.

I managed to complete the bounty using just corrective measure (it was very hard for me)

Word + Swordbreaker + truth + bladedancer(I know it's not void)to defend heavy drops = one of the only real earned exotic of yr1. All other exotic quests were easy.

Got my first one with a voidwalker useing a rare void shotgun and truth

Voidwalker, word of crota, void ldr, and truth... Was quick and easy.... Feel bad for year one hunters, that must have been a nightmare

I required help with the crucible element for the Thorn bounty....

Me... But it's been so long since I earned that I can't even remember how it was done :/ Tbh I think everyone would of earned it in year one as you could only get it from the Quest

Yeah , miss seeing and doing exotic bounties. Did the crucible part for mine with a blue void shotgun , didn't have a void primary at the time . Wish they would add some new exotics with bounties like that again.

I will sign, did it with my Defender titan. I didn't have Atheon's Epilogue or Corrective Measures at the time due to no raid group. Just me, my t.rex arms, a Light/Beware fusion rifle, and The Swarm. That sucker was tough, to see a buff and then a nerf.
