So I am finally enlisted, it took over a year to get all the bullshit sorted out but I've finally made it. I ship out April 4th, 2016 for basic training. Woo!

1 RispondiNice one son. You will serve President Trump proudly and help end the Muslim terror. Rejoice.

Good luck out there.

3 RisposteCheck it out hero. You're not a badass for enlisting so stop trying to get attention. When you get a combat patch you can have a seat at the bar.
-
2 RisposteAlso some advice, think about what you want to do when you get out, that is if you're not going to stay in for 20 years. You might want to re-class to something else to get you ready for a job on the outside.

I don't know much but, my brothers in too. Congrats!
-
Getting out of the army infantry 18 days after you leave for basic. Best decision ever.
-
Can you learn to condense your information im not trying to attack you, but being in the military it bothers me that you're freely handing out so much detail...
Get rid of the date i can easily figure out where you're going, plus if a person reading wants to do harm they know you arent going to be home after that date.
Don't die pls

My grandfather was an engineer. Always joked how army engineers destroy more than they build lol.

Trust me, you are nowhere near finished with the bullshit. It has only just begun. Congrats on engineering though.

That's fantastic news to hear. Combat Engineer sounds like a job you won't forget. I know in the Army, you will go through a little bit of hell but they will train you to defend yourself and become a deadly human. They'll train you how to kill with your hands and handle combat scenarios. And like the Marines, you will rank up a bit faster then other branches. Thus getting a little more pay for your job and Rank. And I believe you'll get in because I've been told, "Anyone can join, and if you can't it's because it's all in your head." Put your mind to it and let your fate reward you. Save your money and take tours. I actually am going to enlist as well in 2016, I've been talking to my recruiter and am about to sign my life away. I may be going as Combat Engineer or Helicopter Repairer. Not sure on my final decisions. All I know is I'm most likely going to Army, due to a bad history disrupting my chances for AF. I have just graduated Highschool and am 18, so I might wait just a little over a year.

5 RisposteI've been thinking of joining the military for a while now. It's pretty much my only option at this point. If/when I join I was thinking of joining up with the recon unit. First ones in last ones out. That or artillery so I can rain death on to people.

3 RisposteI'll be leaving soon as well.
