Petition to remove all hunters (including my own) from Destiny. These hunters clearly cant think logically as to why Bungie would nerf it, when Bungie always nerfs (overnerfs regardless) with good reason. So I'll explain: Hunter has the highest performing crucible KD in the game as Gunslinger, and it has the largest majority of players. That insinuates most people play better just by being a hunter. Let's talk super. Golden Gun is instant kill. You get three shots normally. It has NO Travel Time so distance is irrelevent. It is affected by Bullet Magnetism and has it's own AA rating well over 100%. You can Throwing Knife kill in GG for more duration. You can use Combustion which gives GG an instant Kill on AoE proc if someone is even [b][i][u]tickled[/u][/i][/b] by it. Or GG can use Gunfighter which makes reduces its cooldown by 30 seconds, making it the fastest charging super in the game at 3:30 with max intellect. You have a perk called Keyhole that causes Golden Gun to penetrate multiple targets in an linear line, and proc Combustion on all of them. You have a perk called Over The Horizon that lets you use Golden Gun from sniper range. You can have both Keyhole AND Over the Horizon. All that plus Achlyophage: A 4 shot, instant speed, aim assisted, bullet magnetized super that is instant kill, can have its duration increased indefinitely for as long as youre getting throwing knife kills, can Keyhole penetrate multiple enemies in a singular line with one bullet while proccing Combustion on each one that instant kills anyone it touches, and you can have it every 3:30 if you sacrifice Combustion. TL:DR Stop complaining. Everyone says Hunters are balanced even though they maintain the highest totals AND averages in the game. Stop whining for buffs on your already top tier class. Edit: Achlyophage was my preferred exotic for ALL of year one. But I completely understand and am happy they nerfed it. It was the only exotic I ran, period. Bungie saw lots of people doing the same thing. Its the first good nerf Bungie has done since they changed Thorn the second time (after it's first buff).

You get 3 shots that instakill over 90% of the time, its trash easy to hit, liberally a sniper rifle that is a one shot kill.

What?? It's totally fair that you get a 9 second super while I get to roam around the map for half a minute, wipe your team, then wait till they respawn and wipe them again as my warlock Jeez stop whining

As a GG hunter main I say "-blam!- No!" If you wany longer to shoot use 3 shots if you want more shot you get less time. Its a completely fair trade.

Its supposed to be used differently. In year one it was another free kill. Now it makes you choose a playstyle geared toward being able to run in and pop 4 people quickly. Idk if you have noticed but bungie is moving away from the all around good exotics (hawkmoon) and is making them more niche
