Yes it seems to be a horrible time for the banner. Rank 5 here and always top of the scoring list with drops at 280-303. I'm light level 313 at my highest with certain gear.311 ghost at rank 4. Rank 5 package was 4 motes 4 coins and 310 ghost. Seems guys who suck on the team get better gear. Possible they have medallions. this banner has been horrible but I'm Going to rank up my hunter and titan. People say you get better drops with multiple ranked characters. Well see.......
