Once one reached 5 it didn't even take an hour for the second . helped I played during reset so I got 6 bounties to work with.

So apparently, if you missed the package from last iron banner, you can them from this one. Hoped on my Titan and got 317 boots from the last one. Was really surprised because I needed boots for him to be over 310. Awesome surprise, that's all.
