I've tried the raid. I can never get a group to get it together and always ends up being a huge waste of time. I will try iron banner and put more time into Trials.

I had a couple partial runs, but those were helpful because I was able to learn the mechanics. Once you get to the first real boss you have a chance at 300+ gear. Don't even worry about completing it right away. Just try to get a boss or two down at least. If you're on XB1 add me. Same Gamertag as my name. I'm not a big raider but I'm trying to get into it more when I have time.
