ARs are completely useless, last word kills faster than any fusion rifle can charge.....
[i][b]this is the absolute worst meta. I've never seen this many of the exact same load out before. Anything other than scout range is dominated by tlw, anything in scout range is a sniper or mida.
All variation in crucible is absolutely gone [/b][/i]
And every skirmish match I've played over the last week have been about 80% last words and snipers.
But you know what?
We've got a balanced pvp..... According to some of you at least.
Keep believing the lies. Pvp is a joke.
Edit: after listening to a few crucible radio podcasts. John Weiznewski (sorry for spelling) States on multiple occasions that he'd like a "seasonal meta" in which the best gun would change from month to month.

2 RisposteYou should listen to episode 27/28 of the crucible radio, he states that right now the game is nearly perfectly balanced according to data, learn to adapt and counter weapons with other loadouts. Sorry there isn't anymore crutch weapons for you to lean on but it is how it is

2 RisposteIt's so simple. Every couple of months there is a new category of weapon(s) that is/are dominant. Perfect balance of weapons in a game of this nature is near impossible, Bungie seems to be creating "seasons" of OP weapons. The entire thing is a rotation, how have more people not realized this. Just use what's best at the time and dominate with it. Eventually, other weapons or weapon types will be back in again. They don't spend resources on guns for you to not utilize them, just relax and play.

They just need to undo the stability nerf. When Getting auto rifles if they don't have a stability perk they are automatic shards. You can challenge last word and anything close to mid range if you land your Crits, the problem is you need perfect balance or braced frame to land those Crits. Autos should be reliable I'm close range. The damage fall off is FINE

Having decent success with Monte Carlo and I'm pretty damn hopeless at PVP Red Death working well too - seems pretty balanced to me at the moment

I really want to see how Fusion rifle are supposed to be used by the bungie team themselves. Please show us how a weapon with ridiculous spread, slow projectile speed and suffers from flinching severly is supposed to be as good as a sniper rifle that can headshot while being riddled with bullets.

I've been doing just fine with Red Death and I've seen lots of variation in load outs. Not sure I see a problem.

You shouldn't be able to rush across a wide room while I'm unloading nothing but headshots on you and ohk me with a shotgun or sidearm lol. They're just not strong enough to me. The thing is though, the numbers don't lie, most ib kills are from autos and shotguns, scouts and pulses So, they don't work or feel good for me because I don't play close enough I'm guessing. im a mid range player, scouts and pulses, snipers and fusions all the way(just recently started using a sniper because they ruined fusion rifles lol)

I use my TLW because it's 309 and it's fun to use.

1 RispondiHave you tried using Hard Light? I understand you are having a bit of a tiff with The Last Word hand cannon, I'm not a fan of the hand cannon as well, so I found an assault rifle to use. I have about a 55% success rate when coming against The Last Word.
