4 RisposteYou know, when they wrote the second amendment, it was a time where the hand loaded musket was the best gun available. Try mowing down a crowd of people in a theater with a musket you have to reload each time. Not simple. Now we have fully automatic, semiautomatic, and burst types of weapons with more than one bullet (Of course). So, why is it that the laws haven't changed but the technology has? Then again, a large portion of the USA follow books that were originally written 2000 years ago from goat farmers.
