I am a transgender girl. If you have any questions ask away. If i dont reply i probably find your question offensive or so stupid it should be ignored.
EDIT: Trans girl means im transitiong into a girl, no i do not have both and having either validates me just as much.

If I met a transgender I real life, I would call them whatever they were first, because females have XX chromosomes, males have XY chromosomes. You can't change that.
