I know the struggle of what that one guy went through who got the Fate of all Fools. Seriously. Not only is this game much harder when you're forgetting stuff about the game every few days, but then just today alone I got kicked from three raid groups because of my memory problems! My memory has slowly been getting better since playing destiny. I've been forgetting stuff every couple days, I can remember most things for almost a week. That's progress. Then there are some parts of the raid I forgot. There is no reason you should kick someone from a raid for a medical condition they have no control over! The reason I had brain surgery was because I had a colloid cyst in my head since before I was born and had no idea it was there. I've had terrible migraines so I went to the hospital three times. The first two times they gave me a migraine cocktail and some morphine, then told me to suck it up. I third time I went they did a ct scan and found a colloid cyst. Went on a Leave of Absence with Amazon and had the surgery. After the surgery I've been having black outs, memory loss, and slurred speech. The slurred speech I can control with enough concentration. The black outs are rare, but they happen, and I can't remember a thing for more than 2-4 days. I have to keep a journal on everything that goes on in my life. Oh, and Amazon fired me because of the memory loss too. They wouldn't reverse my termination either, but instead made me eligible for rehire. Just so I had a chance to fail to not get my job back. So it's not just some destiny players giving me a hard time. My employer is giving me issues too. But seriously, guys, if you run into anyone that has a medical condition that they can't control, give them a chance. Don't be a jerk. Just saying. [b][i]EDIT4: So apparently I forgot to mention that I was kicked before the raid started, and after I explained myself and my condition. So that happened! Sorry folks. I don't want anything special, nor have I received anything special. I just wanted to make known that there are people who have issues they can't control. So please just give everyone a chance. Okay? Thank you. EDIT2: I think I mentioned it before in a reply already, but before people go off the rails over the Amazon business, I am gonna be working for them again. My termination wasn't reversed, but they did hire me back. I have a start date. But it's a ways off. But still salty over the fact that I was fired.
