I don't see what the big deal is. If people want to spend there money instead of playing a game so be it. It still cosmetic if anyone thinks its pay to win there an idiot.

Since when is boosting you're class and subclass cosmetic? Its because of people like you that turn Destiny into a pay to win. You are cancer for the gaming community.

Pay to win is when somebody can spend money to get an advantage over you which this does not. you can heal cancer but you can't heal stupid

This isn't a MMO. This is a FPSRPG. Getting to lvl 25 is not pay to win.
