I reckon hovey is a better sniper than kraftyy, but kraftyy is the stronger overall player. Just basing it off what I've seen though, I've just occasionally tuned into streams.

I think it's Hovey, but Nghtly, SirDimetrious, True Vanguard, and The Managator need to be on this list.

To determine who the best is at anything in PVP you need the best players going head to head in a multiple round bracketed tournament. Only than you can declare the winner the best.

It's the same as everyone is commenting. Best Sniper in Destiny is a toss up between TrueVangaurd, Daygon and Krafty

Definitely Krafty from the list. I have pretty good experience with most of those guys on that list and Krafty is the one that makes it seem effortless.
