My goodness some people play dumb. How are they not aware you have suppressor grenades? You're literally sitting in a bubble, they must know you're a defender.
Grenade recharge in mayhem is just stupid fast.
I can get a 2.0+ on my hunter without ever using a gun. Young Ahamkara's Spine + max discipline = tripmines at every entrance to a room. Many times I'll throw 2 or 3 in the same spot to kill anyone who comes in with an active super.
Mayhem is fun, but playing too long makes me a shittier crucible player, because I don't really do anything but cover the walls with grenades and use my super.

bc nobody uses supressor grenades. Everyone goes with the sticky since its a guaranteed kill

I see about half and half for defenders.

Ive been playing for over a year. The 1st time I got hit with a supressor grenade was 2 weeks ago in trials I didnt even know you couldnt double jump when supressed

In the past, few used suppressors, that is true. They've become much more popular lately.

Yeah, that's probably why. And then people started to like them for regular crucible because they realized how useful they can be.

It's good timing with the grenades, I'll give the OP credit for that. But a weapon in mayhem just seems unnecessary.
