Trials matchmaking is awful.
My true skill is about 30. Why am I getting against 48's and 50's?

1 RispondiIn my squad I have a 298,301,303 we et matched against 315,316,317. We lose. Next round we get matched against 314,317,318. We lose again third time 312,310 ,318. We lose. Time to get a new trials passage

Ru kidding mate? There used to be zero skill based matchmaking now it's based on win count. True skill ranking has nothing to do with it. And btw, destiny has never said it uses trueskill to matchmake they've never said what they used to matchmake.

Because it's not based on trueskill. It's based on combat rating and wins on your card

It goes off of what round you are on. Round 3 vs others on round 3. Round 9? You'll be out against people that are on round 9

I accidentally went flawless while doing bounties last week. Matchmaking is totally broken cuz I got paired with some pretty sucky people.

Completely agree never got more than 6 wins I play people with flawless emblems almost every round. So dumb but -blam!- it I'm just doing it for the bounties.

It's based on the amount of wins. The problem is that match 8 and 9 will be against red bar warriors.

Because it isn't based on skill rating, that's why. They aren't trying to give you a fair match, they're just trying to pair you up with people with the same amount of wins. The lighthouse is supposed to be somewhat exclusive, only available to the best.

It's supposed to get harder after each win pretty much as it picks people with the same amount of wins I think. Normally I find that every match is easy until seven wins, then it gets stupidly hard! Maybe just my bad luck though! Lol
