If these people are crazy enough to shoot up this place, then they are crazy enough to think that the cops won't get them. What do these criminals get out of it? Relief of anger? But but California has gun control! There are already a shit load of guns here. They aren't going anywhere no matter what laws get passed. Apparently Americans just like to go out and waste a bunch of people for no apparent reason.
