You didn't do it right. There is plenty of posts in this forum on how it needs to be done. Few people realize that this forum contains good information about the game and is not only a dumping ground for rants :-)

You have to do it in two runs, no deaths [i]and[/i] the two relic holders must be different. You can go back and do it again if you didn't get it the first time, just so you know.
