In year one trials 3 hunters never phased me. 3 warlocks? Not a problem. Year 2 Titans. I actually change my play style to try and kill them faster and not have their supers in the game at all because it's a free round win.

Sunbreaker is incredible for its users and ridiculously overpowered in comparison to other supers.... Minus stormcaller. If the Titan is going to have 7-8 golden gun bombs and near invincibility, why haven't other subclasses been buffed?

Heard alot about how sunbreakers are OP in pvp, but during IB I've seen Many go down with their supers active including myself or on the opposite team. It just takes good team work and some focused fire so it's not that bad. If you're going 1on1 with them then you need to rethink your life choices. Ps: I'm a pvp scrub so maybe my opinion is invalid, but i don't care.

Nightstalker is not supposed to be a duration super idiot.

Did you mention that's without throwing any hammers? You gotta put more specific stats up there.

tl;dr Third Man is garbage (I wish it just gave me encore as it'd allow the thing to be used in PvE and PvP for mob clearing/chain killing.)

Nightstalker is a strong support and a weak DPS. Complaining that its offensive capabilities are low is pointless because it means you're using the class wrong. It may be a roaming super with the Quiver perk, but it's not meant for you to kill someone and run across the map to kill someone else. The class is built for you to be able to hold your ground and help your team drop heavy DPS on the enemy. Transendence has a drawback to being used on a Stormcaller: you need full grenade and melee energy. So you may have to go without using grenades and melees depending on your stat build. The class is also heavily biased towards crowd control which is why it seems so pwerful in PvP. Enemies constantly group up and it works to the advantage of the Stormcaller. This is why I run the perk that extends the lightning to more enemies. An easy way to take a Stormcaller out is to split up and shoot from multiple directions. At least that's how I do it. The main problem comes with the perks on a Sunbreaker. Sure, most of them are biased towards the super. But I already run quite a few of my subclasses with perks benefitting the super anyway. I have a strong base game that allows me to get my super quickly to absolutely destroy. I don't really need the perks upping my base game. Back to the issue, there are clearly standout perks in each tree of the Sunbreaker subclass. Why would you use anything but Forgemaster in PvP? You get to throw more hammers with a larger blast radius. Your other choices are to shoulder charge or create sunspots. And most people aren't dumb enough to run into the sunspot while the shoulder charge means getting in close. Or, you know, you can just chuck a hammer at your feet if you really need to. They don't hurt you so there's no drawback to doing that. For the next tree, Flameseeker is the obvious choice. Immolation Fists give you Explosive Pyre and why wouldn't you have those after Xur sold them? Fleetfire actually seems like a decent perk. Still though: you could have tracking goddam hammers instead. And for the final tree? Simmering Flames is dumb because if you're a Sunbreaker not spamming HoS when you can, something is deeply wrong with you. Seriously, why are you not throwing flaming, exploding hammers forever? Fire Keeper is only useful if you use sunspots. This also then requires you to be immobile. You're a tank that throws flaming, exploding hammers that would make Torgue cry tears of pure joy. Choosing to stand in one spot instead of chasing down those puny non-Sunbreaker Guardians seems like a waste of a super. Especially when you get to be Thor, but on goddam fire. So you take Cauterize and are now essentially a god. And who doesn't want to rain fiery explosive vengeance down upon their foes because they were unlucky enough to stand against you? #SunbreakerOPMasterRace

Yeah, used sunbreaker quite a bit in iron banner for the first time. It is fun and easy to use. Does not require much skill and it is out of balance in terms of duration and armor.

Sun breakers will get nerfed, it's just a matter of time. I just feel bad (not) for [i]every Titan in the game[/i] who laughs maniacally as they watch others literally flee for their lives while they throw a tracking hammer and watch it explode like a rocket.
