Title says it all. Then when I actually play the game, its fine

IMO forums are rarely a good barometer to judge a game by. Primarily because they likely represent a fraction of the player base. Not saying concerns and frustrations are invalid but the forums always make things appear a bit worse.

I love destiny, one of my favourite games, the people you play with now are the ones who like the game, they have realized that #destiny is not a spot to talk about destiny but to complain about, reddit it a much better place to talk about destiny, i only use the forums to find raids and when i am bored to laugh a the people who cant stop complaining and the game but wont leave

Pretty much. The forums here are where anyone with a problem will come to complain, and then the trolls will back then up and expand the negativity, and the cycle continues. I feel so bad when I see the posts from new players... The Destiny community outside of these forums is great. I don't run into the most complained about problems in the greater world. When I play, I enjoy the other crucible and strike players. I know, I'm just a shill or white knight because I enjoy the game, even after playing fallout...

It's the forums. Everyone's bad experience suddenly translates into a shitstorm of "nerf this! Ban that!" and then on top of it, everyone seems so sensitive that having a valid argument against something results in multiple offended individuals resorting to ill-mannered comments. I get on the forums when I'm bored, never for actual advice or anything. Reddit holds a seemingly far more mature audience, at least in the people who post.

YES YES YES YES YES! The forums are full of pubescent whiney bitches, whereas the game....is also full of them, but you can tell who they are by their pvp scrub behavior.

2 RisposteThe forum is for feedback, the general feedback is Destiny is bad. PvP: No dedicated servers, no skill based matchmaking, unbalanced weapons, biased maps for objective games PvE: None existent story, cut content on disc resold as DLC, lack of pve content in general, lack of PvE events, old content not relevant (VoG etc), paywalls (eg you can't play TTK if you don't own TDB and HoW), time gated events.
