Should Voidwalker not cause self damage?
Ask anyone who has used Voidwalker; it can be a risky subclass if you're not careful since the Warlock's grenades and Super can cause self-damage. Now, thanks to Year 2 and the new Supers, it looks like Voidwalker is left behind a bit, at least in the Void classes. So, perhaps a small buff? The buff is simple: you no longer take damage from your own grenades or Super. Its causes a straight (yet slight) buff in PvE, and it doesn't do a whole lot to PvP. It may make Voidlocks more likely to panic bomb, but it's one and done in the end so just get lucky.
Sound like a good idea?

No. Suicides are part of it. In Fact, they should buff nova bomb damage and radius including self-damage. I should be able to blow myself up with a nova bomb to a wall next to me. Maybe try playing a striker Titan? Void walkers are mad scientists, and a good mad scientist learns control[spoiler]by blowing himself up over and over again[/spoiler]

Trying to nova bomb for the first stage of crota raid and Some thrall would 99% of the time run in front of it. Definitly think it shouldn't harm the Warlock, I can see how it would be game breaking if they changed it so nova bombs didn't self harm

I can honestly say I've never damaged myself with a Nova Bomb. And all I play is a Warlock. I didn't even know you could until I saw this.

I rarely go into #destiny anymore. Decided to pop in today. No, I think it should damage you. Why? Because if you kill yourself with an ability it procs bloom on your corpse. I can't even count the number of times I've kamikaze'd myself with a scatter grenade and got multi kills. It's truly a beautiful thing.

The fact that your own super can kill you is hella stupid in my opinion. What kind of game design Bungie??

The only logical explanation i could think of is that the voidwalker isnt engulfed in void energy when he throws it, which is why it hurts him. A sunbreaker is covered in flames so fire hammers wouldnt hurt him. That being said I dont think nova bomb should damage the person throwing it.

I think they are able to take damage cause they have a portable foh and when you foh its very risky but if you have the vortex and bigger bomb you can just plan a nova bomb far away and be able to snipe em after you do it

Yes for super because u cant self damage with any other super Grenades thats the persons own fault and most other nades do that

I agree. Also I shouldn't be able to kill myself with my own tripmines when I use them as a sticky grenade.

Yeah I think anyone stupid enough to get in the middle of their own grenades or super deserves to be harmed.
