Sticky 'nades should not be a one hit kill.

As far as the other one hit kill attacks go... Snipers require the skill to place a headshot. Shotguns require the risk of closing a gap. A fusion requires charging. A super is, well, a super. As far as sticky 'nades go... They reward bad aim because they will curve to attach to you. They reward poor tactics as a kamikaze-style rush will at least give you a trade. You don't have to deal with the risk of closing a gap as you can literally peek a split second to throw one. So basically I'm proposing that they shouldn't be a one hit kill. You should have to follow up on one, similar to how you have to follow up on a sniper body shot.
