WHY DAD;(
So i was in my room all alone playing The Taken King. I wasn't supposed to play until thanks giving though but I still did because Destiny to me is well........ I can't explain it. So I got The Taken King during my birthday the week before all the crap happened. So getting back on the point I just got TTK and my dad walked in and saw me playing. Okay now let me tell you what happened. He was looking straight at me, then he went towards my Xbox One, Grabbed Destiny, Then SNAPPED IT IN HALF!!!(sniff,sniff*) he then told me that I will get to play until college. This happened before when I was playing COD BO2 on PS3 back then and my dad just put my console in the attic and he told me I could play until Christmas. But now he told me he would sell all my console.
I'll miss my zhalo, I'll miss VOG. I'll miss.....Destiny.
If you're thinking this is fake well, it's not.
Edit: I didn't mean to put this on the help section sorry about that. I was just here to tell my tragic lost.

You disobeyed and therefore your game was snapped in half! Cause and effect... It's your own fault wether you could control yourself or not... How to solve this... Wait it out show him you can be responsible, be kind and then ask him if you can play again! But careful this is over time that passes, so be patient!

When I was 16 I got my first Job and worked as much as I could even got in trouble at school because I was working to many hours for my age. About 2-3 months into work my Dad and step mom didn't even know I had a job till I came home with a small 28 "in Tv and an xbox 360 and 1 game. This was about 2 weeks after Christmas, O and BTW I have a step brother that spoiled SOB got a new car he was 17. I got 2 new school shirt and a rc car nothing I asked for but what ever I was used to getting shafted in this family. I was last in priority in the fam and knew it. So I walked in with the tv an xbox and they freaked out. Told them I had a job for about 3 month and if they really paid attention to what I was doing then you would have know. I asked for an xbox you said I need to work an get money for It If I wanted to buy it and I did. its going on 2 weeks having my new toys that I bought with my own money felt great. Then one day I came home from school my dad was drinking and I didn't pick up the dog poop the day be for no big deal right ill just do it now... Well getting thrown into a wall and a fist fight with my dad over dog poop he kicked me out of the house. Broke my new tv , xbox and all tossed out everything else and tolled me to never come back..... After going to a friend house I called the cops. When they came I told them what happened they took my dad in for questions and told the cops that He broke items that I paid for and I have to receipt to prove it . Needless to say he had to pay me back the items he broke that I paid for . CPS started the process for emancipation and I was on my own when I was 17. Graduation from high school got a job as an IT tech at a Resort in San Diego. Im 26 now , Just wanted to say If you pay for your own Sh!t then no one can take that from you not even ur parents. That was longer then I thought it was going to be lol, Just wanted to tell my story. Did this on my phone so sorry if it looks like crap.

Destiny is quite cancerous. Destiny requires a ridiculous amount of grinding and has very little to show for it other than a huge waste of time. Unless you enjoy grinding for nothing... However, at your age, while your still under your parents... It's going to be hard. I would recommend what some of the other people commented below. (the positives stuff of course). Perhaps even then you'll probably never come back to Destiny because you found something else more time worthy, in real life. Destiny hobby is a killer for us who "still" plays... I was a gamer for a long time too and when I graduate school and went off to college and put gaming away. It was truly the best years of my life. I've only return to gaming now that things have settled down. Hopefully things turns out good for you fellow guardian.
