Stop running from Sunbreakers!
(Posted this in another thread, but figured I'd make it it's own topic)
The problem with Sunbreakers and why they appear to be so overpowered is everyone running from them.
[b]Of course it's OP when your back is to it. [/b]
Here's how to beat Sunbreaker when playing with a team (easier with fireteam, but totally doable with randoms, if they don't get scared and run)
1. Hear Sunbreaker
2. DON'T RUN
3. Space yourselves out a bit (you should be doing this anyway)
4. FOCUS FIRE (sniper rifles are great for this, but primaries work too)
5. Win
Pay close attention to #2 and #4, they are in caps because they are the most important!

I have discovered that a high impact fusion rifle is capable of taking down a hammer bro when he is at full health. Plus, you'd be surprised at how many of them run max agility - they know that you assume they have max armour and will run so they spec for agility in order to catch you. You can SNIPE a max agility sunbreaker.

Good luck with that buddy... You'd have better luck trying to win a game of chicken with a freight train. Actually, that's about what the equivalent of going head on with a hammer bro is anyways...

guys don't listen to op. if you are not A. Skilled or B. Have your super ready then for godsake just run.. make them chase you around and waste their super it's the easiest method

They are smart cause they know that if they go against GODS then will lose.

But most times there are no teammates, if I see a sunbreaker I just don't engage them and stick to cover and corners. Let there super run out. Same strategy as blade dancer expect for the search for more cover.

It's situation dependant. Staying and fighting only works if the person running hammers is a dumb ass. But even than any dumbass can lobb basically a rocket at u and get there health back over and over again. Just run

I usually only take them on if someone else is. Titans are slow, and their hammers are slower. Run, avoid, wait for HoS to run out, punish.
