With all the talk of the different states refusing to allow the refugees in, what is your stance?

5 RisposteThe question is, how many do we accept in? How many thousands, and then millions will we accept from an obviously entirety different culture before we start to lose our own identity? It's not that I'm against other beliefs, but it's no secret the West and ME countries have many differences, and the more we let in, and then let them repopulate, and grow in influence, the more we lose our own faces. Their culture often teaches many anti-freedom ideologies(look at their women, for one), and if we let them come in more and more because we think we're racists and cold-hearted bastards if we don't, we fall victim to too much outside influence.

Modificato da Finky Bean: 11/20/2015 12:23:55 AMI was playing on freerice.com and read proceeds would go to Syria. I gagged.

How many people of you live on a high crime area and think to yourself that this world would be much better if all the criminals was just shot down? Cause I can pretty much guarantee that a good deal of the refugees will turn to crime after they see they aren't going to be living the high life in America. You can already see what is happening to those countries who has let them in. The refugees are actually making demands from these countries after they just left from their shitty ass war torn lands. To hell with them.
-
16 RisposteNo, but I'm not very concerned with the risk, I just don't believe we owe anybody anything, especially Syrians... Go fight to get your nation back or die trying.
-
Would you accept an organ transplant with cancerous cells in it?
-
1 RispondiNo, Paris was attacked by Syrian refugees so obviously that's a bad idea.
-
1 RispondiNo. I know it may seem heartless and cruel but many innocent people in Paris died because France's borders were open to refugees. I don't want to risk it happening here too.
-
25 RisposteSo France gets attacked and decides to let in another 30,000 refugees. Americans are shaking in their boots and don't want to let any in. I'm disappointed in a lot of you who claim to love freedom, liberty and justice for all.

3 RisposteWhy are people voting no?
-
7 Risposte500 coming to pittsburgh, pa. I'm not happy about this

6 RisposteAmerica will never fall to Refugee invasion.
-
5 Risposte65% are stupid or "GO 'MURICA" kids.
-
Yes with the caveat that they are screened and monitored for the duration of their stay, and that they are limited to a finite time period in our country.
-
Ill just wait until something happens to comment.
-
No, we are In debt. We don't take care of our own well enough. I would say the same no matter what country they are from. Recent events don't really help the case though. And before you say some nonsense about "everyone is a foreigner un the US, everyone immigrated to the US" If you were born in the US, you are not foreign, if your lineage came from anywhere but the US, you are not foreign. I myself am Native American. My people were here long before anyone else, yet as long as you were born here, you are United Statesian.

I think that we should but they must be watched at all times because we don't know if they are terrorists or not
-
I think no they shouldn't it's bad enough the the priminister of the uk has decided to stick a few thousand refugees in Wales my country I'm so pissed at this decision
-
2 RisposteIn 20 years, conservatives will be the terrorist organization in this country. They already want to assassinate our president. 10k refugees aren't a problem.
-
Modificato da Lord Huron: 11/19/2015 6:44:06 PMYes they should, something must be done about security though. Some say only women and children? ISIS has taught children to preform acts of terror before. I'm guessing women have too. I'd be fine with camps or whole areas specifically for the refugees while they're checked out. Give them jobs to work on farms and such, the ones that are readily available now but nobody else wants. There's a way to help them, we just need to figure out what it is.
-
We should have stopped after 9/11
-
1 RispondiOf course they should. Besides the fact that it's immoral as -blam!- not to let others into a country that's made up of people FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES, do you know how many wars would come up not to mention how many trade lines would be shut down? That's a terrible idea.
-
4 RisposteYes but only after thorough screening and background checks.
-
I'd be fine with letting women and children in temporarily, and sending the men back to fight.
-
45 RisposteThe problem isn't the refugees but the ISIS troopers hiding among them and no way to tell. We can still help them and should help them without letting them into our country.
-
None what so ever. The spineless -blam!-s should stay and make their countries better, all they bring is more violence with no intentions of assimilating. Prove me wrong. Pro tip - you can't.

Modificato da Green Twister: 11/19/2015 3:20:43 PMyes why should they not when the whole eu has to do it.
