What if video games are reality and reality is a video game?

So what I find that is fun for my friends, family and I is a waste of time? Sure, having just small achievements that have no value in what you see is fine by me since I can do what I want to spend time and my life with. What you value isn't always going to be the same with another. I believe if someone put their time and effort in to something it has value. It can be argued that books are a waste of time, since stories of fantasy that make reality boring, a biography that tell you about infamous people, or even just a non-fictional book based on facts can be a waste of time if someone belives it doesn't have value to them. Someone else on the other hand can believe it has value and can put their time and effort into it. They could improve on it, make use of it, or could get others to believe it has value into it so you could get self gratification that you think has value and have others who believe in it. Saying things are a waste of time is your own perspective and you have the right, but others believe that there is no such thing as a waste of time unless their own selves believe it's a waste. It's almost like thinking of things if something is half empty or half full. So saying things that video games is a waste is only a perspective of some but not all. A waste of time is only if you believe is a waste.

Why does star wars battlefront lack so much content? Even the dlc pass description doesn't make it sound so spectacular. Why is it only 20 v 20? Why can't it be 40 v 40? Why is all the vehicles in power ups? It'd be much better if they were at the starting point Why do all the weapons have no reload of any kind? The lack of weapons and customization is scary. Why does fallout 4 have a crappy game engine? Why is it 30fps on consoles? Why isn't there vehicles in fallout? Why does it suck on Xbox one compared to ps4? Why do people have short attention spans and need instant gratification? Why does so many fps games not have a lot of vehicles? Why don't people play objectives in objective based game modes? Why don't developers take away K/D ratios? Why does every single mmo have shitty quests that require collecting, killing a number of mobs, or retrieving a specific item? Why do people like mobas when you can't even keep the equipment you buy? Why is there difference between hip fire and ADS? A gun is gonna shoot where it's pointed regardless and bullet spraying from hip firing is not realistic. Why do rocket launchers always explode on impact in games? A rocket launcher irl would just go straight through someone because flesh is soft. Why is graphics clipping still a thing? Why is 900p a thing? Why can't we throw our weapons at the enemy when we're out of ammo? Why is there a difference between graphics and fps when playing campaign and multi-player? Why have all the games that have come to current gen suck so much ass in either content, graphics, glitches or bugs, fps locks, and resolution locks? (900p should not be a thing) Why are games so dlc invested? Why can't developers just package everything into 1 game and make dlc in the distant future as a optional thing? Why is dlc getting to the point of becoming mandatory? Why can't game developers just say the truth that they find <console> much easier to develop for than the other? Why can't developers tell the truth that current gen consoles lack hardware power? Why can't we prone in every game? Why can't I see my characters body when I look down in every game? Why can't we sit on benches and chairs in every game? Why does collectors editions of games come with a shitty statue? Does extensive play testing even exist? Why have bugs/glitches gotten worse in the past decade? If neither game console can run every game at 60fps at 1080p with high visuals on both multi-player and single player with no hiccups or fps drops, then they aren't really current gen. Seems like both consoles were meant for last gen remastered games.

Reality has awesome graphics, but the story sucks and has zero replayability, which is made worse if you lose in the multiplayer.

Everything is a waste of time. You're born, you live, you die. This is a simple fact that applies to everyone. Who's to say one thing is more important than another? Everything is subjective. If someone chooses to spend their time playing video-games, that's their choice. If someone else chooses to spend it working out, then more power to them. We all lead separate lives, we are all individuals. The only thing we can do is not judge others for the way they choose to spend their free time. You get a lot more out of life by understanding others instead of trying to force them to understand you.
