Cost of Weapon Parts
What do you think is a fair price for weapon parts from the Gunsmith? How much do you think Bungie will have the Gunsmith overcharge for them? Was there any specifics released on this or are we just waiting on the update to find out?

1 RispondiProbably 100 for 10. I honestly can't see it costing more than that because they are a common item. I mean that's why primary ammo synths are only like 250 glimmer because it drop everywhere.

4 RisposteConsidering you can buy a green weapon from him for $2,400, it then dismantles into 1 weapon part. I'd say 1,000+ glimmer for 1 weapon part. Seems fair......ish

It's probably going to be something obnoxious so people can't just buy the weapon parts and donate to a faction. I wish that wasn't the case. Should've never took away the goddamn Nightfall buff.

2500 for 100 or 1000 for 5 would be simply ludicrous. If Bungie wants to save some people screaming enough is enough and leaving for another game till the next DLC or this changes I would make it reasonable. 1500 or 2000 for 100.

Doesn't matter how much glimmer it is, I have full glimmer. However, I would care if it's strange coins, motes, or legendary marks. Those are too precious, in my eyes of course.

I think 50:1 ratio and adjusting amount gained for turning into Factions would be fair. We get parts we need, and can't use the sudden influx to vastly bump up Faction Rep.

3 RisposteLet's keep the economy in mind. 1 heavy synth is 25 faction rep. 25 weapon parts is 50-75 rep (can't remember). So with 1 heavy synth being 950 glimmer, it's safe to assume 25 weapon parts will be between 2000-3000 glimmer.
