Paris Attacks Gaurdians shader
Alright, by now everyone know the horrific events that happened in Paris. I would like for everyone to wear amour or shaders tomorrow that look like the French Flag. Please, it's the least we can do.

5 RisposteI assume most people on here couldn't actually find Paris on a map and are just saying they don't care because it's not their country I think the forum response would be different for a terrorist attack in USA because of the number of people from there OP was an attempt to bring people together against a terrorist attack on a western country, but it just seems to have highlighted community hate and ignorance

7 RisposteDoes anyone find it ironic that all of this happened on Firday, 13th. The same day that the French king killed all of Christian Templars and pretty much ended the 10 Year war. Which caused this day, Friday the 13th,to be a day of bad luck.

I understand the support, and I will probably wear a shader that looks like the French flag anyway (what shader fits best, do you think?), but showing support in a videogame does effectively nothing. Why don't we just give our support in real life, instead?

I think every human being is empathising with who is suffering .. My take on such matter is on how it's handled by others .. Instead of posting meaningless words everywhere post it in a place it will be taken seriously or in a place that can get things done (ex. In off topics or Twitter , Facebook , ... ) If you're going to say i am heartless and people need to sympathize with such tragedy then i will say instead of just writing that you are sorry for them and you support them do it for real .. Also for people asking for emblem thats just using what happened to get something .. If you donate something don't expect anything in return .. I wrote something similar before in response to someone asking to raise funds for cancer i believe and i said it should be done through organization not by companies and it shouldn't be for one or two causes Example we should tell people go to such organization to donate and support such cause through that organization not by charity organized by company like bungie ... also it shouldn't be for specific cancer only or a specific disaster only it should be broad if a company like bungie is going to contribute .. like making an announcement every week for different organization of different cause with info on how to reach them So in summary 1- write and support what you like in the appropriate place 2- people should support charitable organizations directly and not through forums asking people to raise funds .. 3- support different charities don't focus on one problem and what fits your needs (ex. Colon cancer only ) 4- don't cry for help when you're not doing shit .. and if you do prove it *** i wish you would read this and understand the points i made and if you are going to respond don't be emotional *** Thanks for your time
