I mean with the amount of content its gonna launch with MODS won't matter until a few months down the line anyway.
I think itll be the same on all 3. But if you want mods at launch, dont get it on ps4.
I think im gonna be overwhelmed by what the game launches with so im glad I dont have to worry about mods. Got it for ps4
