5.9% have completed King's Fall raid
This is crazy. This game is revolving around what 6 people out of every 100 have accomplished. Iron Banner should have dropped 300-310. Now with the new hard mode raid coming, we'll see 320s... leaving 94% of this community behind.
Bungie, do you have anyone there with some sense at all?
EDIT: This number comes from PS4 trophy stats. And there is actually a separate list for TTK only. So in my opinion, anyone who bought into TTK is already part of a strong committed player base. Also, one console compared to another is probably fair to say they are similar.
EDIT 2: It probably says a lot about the NEW people who try this game. Rent and return. Or, sell back to Gamestop. Most can't handle the grind.

10 RisposteSome of us just don't have time for the raids. If you don't play every hour in the day, its hard to find a team to help you. With light levels going up again, it'll be even harder.

I'm one of the 5.9% and in all honesty unless RNG blesses you it's somewhat frustrating trying to level up. You do the raid and get a couple armour pieces and you're like excellent u can't wait until next week. Problem is next week you get crap and then the following week you get crap. Point is RNG decides if completing the end-game was actually worth your time. For many it has been a waste of time.

I've always thought those stats were bullshit. Back then, it was thought only 20% of players made it to the lighthouse and the same for the raids.

It's called end game activities. They should be what drop end game gear. Do you expect to get the satisfaction of beating Metal Gear solid without actually beating the ending of the game? C'mon Man! The Raid is difficult, yes. It's nobody's fault but their own for not beating Kings Fall

1 RispondiI find all of Destiny's raids to be pointless anyway. They only reward you with gear that makes you better at doing the raid some more, with VERY few exceptions ( and those exceptions are usually very minor outside the respective raid anyway). I've played for over a year, and all Bungie's done has proven me right. How many of you still play VoG/ Crota still with any purpose? How many of you still use your raid gear, in Crucible or even use the respective gear during the raids themselves? Iron Banner used to be my way to reach max rank, because it's not just another memorization game, and it actually had tangible rewards you could work for. All while being easily accessible, nor being a massive time sink. But Bungie in their infinite wisdom has "Taken" that from me, as well as everyone else. And mark my words, TTK's raid will join VoG and Crota eventually. That gear will just become another filled spot in your vault, never to be used again just like all the other pointless relics of Desiny's "endgame" past.

10 RisposteIt's sad that only 6% of the players in this community were capable of going to a website.. finding a group via a msg or two.. and partying up to finish the raid. I have only used LFG and have done the new raid 3x a week since it came out. I dont get what the difficulty is in going to a website to find a group of ppl.. in fact i know its not difficult because its all I have done.. and it was easy. Either you are using LFG wrong.. you are lazy.. or you are incapable of meeting the requirements - such as communication, coordination, listening ability - regardless its not hard. I really dont get all the complaints. Raid matchmaking would be a complete disaster, look at the strike that requires a player to pick up a relic and put it in another spot on the other side of the rotating arena.. its a disaster. Great example of how a scaled up version - with more difficulties than a simple strike (the raid) - would be a terrible experience. People not talking, not knowing what to do, starting out of turn, leaving in the middle of the raid or a fight, trolling, etc would ruin the entire system. If you need help using LFG look up some tutorials - there are tons of ppl looking to carry inexperienced players - i know this because i am on LFG a lot and i see it myself. I also carried a group this week because I was feeling nice. Can someone explain the difficulty in using a website to find a group to raid with is?

Watched Bungie continue to implement immediate patches that hurt the player while still not mentioning (let alone fixing!) old problems or the new ones they created. Repeatedly. After the third or so time that I read updates like that, I knew it was done. I watch these forums and they are just the same as they've always been. The bumbling hive mind churns in the same tides it's always been caught in. Dopamine high: then Bungie- "Sit, Ubu, sit. Good dog.". Hive mind responds, "Nerf.". Think of your 5.9% as those who post long, well thought out 'I quit' threads. The 94% is the hive mind, gathering tears and adding salt so they can sail this ocean of mediocrity one more time. You're just a drop in the ocean. As insignificant as the fart of a jellyfish. Good day.

12 RisposteRaid numbers have always been low even since VoG. They messed up making the raid a 6 man activity. It should have been a 3-4 man activity. I honestly I don't understand why the spent so much time developing something only a miniscule part of their fanbase participates in. That time could be spent developing something your entire fan base could enjoy.

I work 6 days a week. 55 hours a week. I've completed the raid 3 times a week since it came out. . I only spend an hour and a half a day to play. You need to find a good group to play with and have a set schedule if you can.

7 RisposteWell, I did normal mode on my Hunter and Warlock, and will do on Titan as well. However, I avoid the jumping puzzles at all costs and simply cannot image doing hard mode. The Raid weapons just don't seem worth it.
